Cyber Wars in Jersey City

When you are engaging with the general public -- elected or appointed leaders, there is a level of political respect one must entertain. Mayor Jerramiah Healy of Jersey City is great at doing one thing. Pointing the finger at someone else, and calling everyone that opose his views -- insane and needs mental help. Jersey City under this Mayor has been managed terribly. And this is just a taste of what Healy has done. And in a cyber war -- we will not reveal the conversaation that was displayed by the government leader, but we will display Omar Dyer's comments.

Look, let us not get into the specialties of how someone can strip the emended code from the server and encrypt the internet service provider to find out what address is directly involved with sending the lettered statement. And it's not hard to see writing similarities in those that write public statements. Which is coded as your cyber script print--when you post on public servers? It's also not very hard to see that when someone from a municipal computer—the address will automatically appear in titles and subscripts. And it doesn't take rocket science to know who is against your views or who is not.

Also, Jersey City Councilman Steve Fulop (whom) likes to play both sides, really gets beat up without outside help (ME), and I don't help Fulop because I want to or have to--I do it because he gets beat up so badly. So personally, I wouldn't care if he chuckles, bounce or even play the side of whatever at these meetings. For one many of his policies have been scripted by the same person you are saying needs mental help. One his policies to help homeowners and with tax relief is an amendment that came from this mental midget's pen. And as a matter of fact—many of the serious legislations that came to the council that benefited Jersey City in 2010 came from the pen of Omar Dyer. The laws and regulations on Solar Panels, who wrote that – it sure wasn't Mayor Healy or Peter Brennan! And the mandate that saved cops jobs didn't come from the hands and minds of Police Chief Comey. And the next proposal that Omar Dyer will show will have more value than any mandate given this year. So I am not sure who you are trying to offend here on what someone needs to learn, or even if you know anything outside of this forum—or what you see as having a legislative agenda.

So let us be serious here, and stop the craziness of trying to insult someone because one they are not connected, or elected -- doesn't mean such a person isn't doing good in the municipality. And in fact, many of the mandates that Jersey City takes advantage of that Omar Dyer has written has been passed in other cities across the nation and a lot of them are benefiting from them -- while Jersey City suffers. And if you continue to follow the mis-manage meant and stupidity of Jersey City's Mayor in Jerramiah Healy -- then you are as stupid as the people in charge of running Jersey City into the tubes of death. And that's not a knock down--its the truth. Just look at the parks and services that Mayor Healy controls. And look at them 10 years ago before Healy got in office. The City is in a crisis and the Mayor is too dumb to understand.

Again, you’re acting like a fussbudget midget on this issue of who is insane in the brain. One take a real good look at the letters and recommendations sent to the office of Mayor Jerramiah Healy – via City Clerk’s office. You would see a ton of written communications coming from Coaches! 101 to Mayor Jerramiah Healy from May of 2009 until this very important day! And in many of those written legislations that have become public ordinances or laws in other states and municipalities--where they haven’t been passed in Jersey City, as of yet. The ones that have been passed in the city have seen the content and text changed – to place the gotcha referendum. Yet, again we already know Mayor Healy is doing such a great job at covering BULLSYT. If Mayor Healy was doing such a great job – the city that is spending $576 million which was hidden and stripped to $477 million over night by John “Jack” Kelly has seen its museums, parks, public system nearly fall apart. For the first time in 80 years, Jersey City didn’t have a celebration for the 4th of July—while the Statue of Liberty Harbors Jersey City’s jurisdiction. And Jersey City’s oldest museum one of the oldest in the state is facing foreclosure. And under his administration Mayor Healy has raised the level of Home Foreclosures to an amount that it’s number #1 in Hudson County, and has made Hudson County #1 in that state and 19th in the nation. Are you freak ‘in kidding me on what is perceived as insanity or not intelligent enough to know that the bunch of leaders in Jersey City that manage the council are fiscal literate. And they say I am pestering them – one if they knew what they were doing when they do it – OMAR DYER WOULDN’T BE SHOWING UP TO THEIR MEETINGS PERIOD. So Jersey City should be lucky and privileged to have Omar Dyer in their presence.

Note from TheFanNJ:

Jersey City maybe losing their public services, and other municipal functions and many of this were done under Mayor Jerramiah Healy. And none of these policies that are in place that are hurting Jersey City New Jersey have come from Omar Dyer. Whether he is a notary republic, and have set up a firm from scratch -- achieved a masters in legal studies, a bachelors in technical communications, an associates in child studies, and an associates in children's literature -- from non-traditional educational sources (such as online schooling) doesn't mean such a well rounded person doesn't have the mental capability to hold fiscal monitoring of the municipality.

Mayor of Jersey City Stalks Public Leader

It has been said before that many times an elected leader would indeed stalk, mock or bit little their opposition. Public Advocate Omar Dyer called for a straight out Rally / Protest of Firing John "Jack" Kelly. And Omar Dyer posted his information on a political news site that the Mayor of Jersey City does view, and has an engaging conversation with his administration plus, staff. The email below was confirmed and noted to be in fact Mayor Jerramiah Healy.

Note from Public Advocate Omar Dyer:

When you're addressing the public, and anyone that disagrees with the views on how you as a leader would do business? The more respected view and approach would be to respect the opposition. And respect the business doing business in the City in which you represent. Jersey City's Mayor is a laughing stock of a Mayor—his creditability to run the city has gone down in the last elections. And the leadership coming out of this administration only show how weak it is. One you don't send lettered statements with a cyber imprint on it. Then place in the chatter the remote address. The 07302 zip-code, is a *City Hall* jurisdiction. The writing style and content from other releases from the Mayor, proves that this letter was written with his cyber pen. Yet, what the mayor failed to noticed or recognize is, just be you're under the bed of protection with the municipality—your cyber imprint doesn't protect you from observation.

Answering Mayor Jerramiah Healy's incognito question:

Public Advocate Omar Dyer isn't as pathetic as one may think. One his popularity is or has more clot than what Mayor Healy. His Rallies and Petition Drives give him more of a political presence and as one of the organizers of an Organization that is included to keep the presidential appearance and presence. When you have leaders at the local level, not fighting the insides of how local politics are engaged. Yet, in an arena where local politics can sometimes impact the views on how and who the president supports. It local organizers that gives, the leadership of the president more information on what is concerning the people. And if the people are mad at their leadership on the local level, then the president must or should send his political imprint on the area. To make sure that the people are not cluttered by the politics of the day!

And the reason why I am calling for a rally and protest on Mayor Jerramiah Healy to prevent a municipality from engaging in a massive layoff on public employees; and to show a presence or political clot on that a presidential organization isn’t forgetting the locals. And as a Public Advocate, who has a job to fight for the rights of the local municipality—calling for this rally to support jobs being saved, is what organizers DO! And Public Advocate Omar Dyer isn’t just going to call for someone to be removed without a plan to recourse. On this Wednesday May 11, 2011—Omar Dyer will unleash his program called: H.A.N.D.S.

And this informal Letter, in which we know Mayor Jerramiah Healy, will read. We hope that his character, leadership and values as a Jersey City citizen—respect the rules and regulations on engaging public officials. Whether that official is elected to office, appointed to certain positions within government or as an independent source! That when you address them, whether you agree with them or not—you fully disclose your identity as stated with the rules and regulations from the FEC, and the ELEC. When you’re sending out email lettering or advertisements against or for public officials? And Omar Dyer is always a candidate for office, so please sort your name and information when responding or addressing Omar Dyer; Mr. Mayor Jerramiah Healy.

Did Bill Gaughan Met with Solomon Dwek?

This is new images that we have found where it shows Solomon Dwek attending a public event with Guy Catrillo, who introduced Solomon Dwek to other members of Thomas Degise's administration. This picture was taken at Casino in the Park in 2009. Now we aren't attacking Tom Degise on his refusal to answer questions to the public about Solomon Dwek--but we are questioning his leadership. Please note, many of these members are campaign staffers for Bill Gaughan.

Who didn't take from DWEK

In Hudson County New Jersey, the level of corruption and how it has a big influence on elections, plus the patterns that may face any challenger. Tom Degise, is one of the leaders of the biggest party in New Jersey. And in that corruption sting that brought lots of negative exposure; to how Hudson County was looked at in the world and how the problem with Solomon Dwek became national headlines, across the globe. As per se to the level of men and women employed by Hudson County in New Jersey—leaves everyone in limbo on what actually happened who knew, and why hasn’t Hudson County Executive Thomas Degise made any statements to why he allowed Solomon Dwek on having so much influence with employees of his administration.

TheFanNJ one of those that protested the probe of people and leaders within the administration that allowed such things to happen – whereas in this investigation from lots of independent sources: TheFanNJ is asking, if you were a leader of an administration; plus 145 members of your administration was mentioned. With 50 people talked to, and having 23 of them indicted on charges of money laundering and non reporting of bribes in that administration—where you as a leader doesn’t say one word. These types of actions has to draw some type of response from the leader of the Administration.

Tom Degise, during this probe in 2009 – didn’t say one word, he went into a closet and ducked under the covers, plus played possum with the media. Yes, that’s right; TheFanNJ is calling Tom Degise a coward for not saying anything, stepping up to lead in a time of confusion, to where the people were now demanding action. The People wanted Council representative Mariano Vega to resign: Tom Degise, did nothing—the leaders wanted Mayor Jerramiah Healy to resign; Tom Degise did nothing. And the people wanted any leader to say something, about how Solomon Dwek was able to penetrate a level of corruption the county and nation has ever seen. Yet, the guy in control of it all did nothing, and watched – closed his doors, and became a coward. When you needed a voice in Hudson County, the only voice to stand up for the people was: Omar Dyer, and the Next Generation of Leaders Movement.

Omar Dyer the public advocate came in to help John Lynch and Esther Winter’s Recall of Team Healy. With Political Pressure, and political clot – he forced and pulled Mariano Vega out of the position he held for 25 years.Omar Dyer, who we are talking about, saved the Department of Public Works from the prosecution of Mayor Healy’s lies. It was Omar Dyer that went door to door, getting people to sign a petition; all by himself, to get funding for programs in Montgomery Projects. And Now Senator Menendez, has granted $250,000 from the Department of Housing and Urban Development, for Montgomery projects in Jersey City, New Jersey. It was Omar Dyer that canvassed the streets with the police, in order to help them bridge the gap with local disenfranchised residents, and rallied with them – when they had their labor disputes with the Mayor. And it was Omar Dyer, that came to the defense of those discriminated in Bayonne New Jersey. And he cried –wrote letters, investigated, and became a part of the discrimination in Bayonne New Jersey, not an outsider complaining.

Change needs to come to Hudson County, and during this recession we have learned one thing about our leaders in Hudson County. Many of them are out for themselves, their friends, family, and the system of nepotism. They have lost touch with the people, and believe that if they pay you, or threaten your job – they can secure your vote. While the life and quality of where we live drops, and you can’t change the mind of someone who has been doing things one way for more than ten to twenty years. The only way to change them is at the ballot box.

So we need to learn and know this, we can’t allow the policies of hide – run, and steer clear of yesterday lead us into the future. Tom Degise is a coward of a leader, and his only goal – is to beat Senator Sandra Cunningham, because she blocked his appointment to become a board member on the transit authority—which would have made him a millionaire off the public dime—with three or four public stipend jobs.

Corruption Bust!

What did you think that the Dwek case was over with Mayor Jerramiah Healy? This problem in Hudson County is too big for one person to master -- there had to be other players in this case, their had to be other minds under this problem. County Executive Tom Degise has been too quiet during this process, and TheFanNJ is on it.

With all but uncertain news and reporting coming out of Hudson County, people are saying when will Tom Degise—step up to the plate. And release what he knew, how was he evolved and why didn’t he stop the madness – or address the madness that became Solomon Dwek. FBI Informant Solomon Dwek gave Mayor Jerramiah Healy $2.1 million in campaign contributions for a project on Garfield Ave in Jersey City NJ, and West Side section of Jersey City New Jersey and Kearny New Jersey.

TheFanNJ would like to know something – the City of Jersey City alone can’t push a project with this magnitude through without help. A city with the size of Jersey City can’t push a project through without either the state, county or municipal elected leaders priming the project through. Now we know from the tapes, the mentioning of names, the key players in this case were all double dipping county employees.

Let’s place our thinking caps on for this one – none has full control over Kearny’s projects without the help from County Government. Meaning Kearny can’t have a joint project with Jersey City without the help of the county, and Jersey City can have a process – this is where Tom Degise comes into play. County Executive Tom Degise hasn’t spoken a word on this – and since he has been one of the most outspoken officials in Hudson County, his camp and party has been strictly hush-hush on what they have done in helping Solomon Dwek. Now, Dwek was noted for giving -- $30 million to Hudson County officials – whether they were elected or not. From this day on the reports and convictions have shown $23 million was donated to campaigns for this project to be enforced. So you tell me where the other $7 million is, and how are the other 12 of the 45 named in the complaint since 35 people were named, convicted – or indicted on these complaints.

Mayor Healy v Omar Dyer 2011

The feud and war to make public advocates and businesses that wish to do business with in the city of Jersey City, NJ has gotten nasty to a point –where the Mayor of Jersey City is forging facts and lying on people to embarrass them. Recently, Mayor Jerramiah Healy released his announcement that he plans to sue Spectra and the Federal Regulatory Commission on the selling of and expansion of pipelines. He has noted that none of his intentions are to harm local business, but to destroy certain ones before they get started. His fight with Spectra comes on the backs, or is a political war waging on what our technical informational company does.

Mayor Healy is using the case with Spectra Energy INC, to embarrass and publicly in a matter to demonize plus embarrass our company in Coaches! 101, by bring financial hardships on the company. We filed a law suit on the state of New Jersey, and the City of Jersey City in regards to the contract with the Department of Energy, which will hirer scientist, to conduct energy studies, or create technology that leads to better alternative energy solutions.

On January 18, 2011 – Mayor Healy released a statement saying the City of Jersey City has gotten or used $2.3 million in funds from the Department of Energy to use in the Energy Block Grant, and those funds can be distributed through the Redevelopment Agency. Yet, we can pull up the same facts that the Mayor of Jersey City in Jerramiah Healy can pull up, and on the Department of Public Utilities – Jersey City is shown not to have applied in 2010 for the Block Grants and on the Department of Energy website, the data that Mayor Jerramiah Healy is revealing is a year old. So that means the Mayor used this data, to embarrass our program, and demonize our program because of the notion – the mayor has a personal vendetta on the owner of the company.

We have facts and proof that what is going on in Jersey City, isn’t really what’s happening in Jersey City. This feud is getting really bad, where it’s starting to push political alias on one side, and rivals on the other making this a political atmosphere that nobody likes. A political environment like what’s going on in Jersey City is bad for business, bad for consumers and bad for the perception of the town in general. Business leaders, have to side with the rules and regulations that the leadership of the township provides. And Coaches! 101 has done that, asked for meetings, attended public meetings—while asking them questions, and begging for answers. We even kept our feuds in a civil matter by joining political rallies, protest and other non-violent functions. Yet, the Municipality hasn’t come to the table and met or assigned a meeting with Coaches! 101 about how to help them engage the business matters of the city in question. The only thing we ask of the municipality of Jersey City is prove your case, don’t forge information to lie on good people, or companies.

These picture is from the Department fo Public Utilities, on the Energy Grants for 2010, the cities on this have applied for the grant.

This is a picture is from the City of Jersey City which was issued on (1/18/2011) after serval law suits and questions were raised about the Solar Energy program.

This is a picture of the funding chart from the Department of Energy, that shows Jersey City got $2.3 million in Energy funds in 2009, not 2011 or 2010.

Mayor Healy v Omar Dyer

The fight with Mayor Healy and Coaches! 101 has become an insane one. The mayor has come in the way of great deal making. Omar Dyer who has been working hard to seal deal, for his apparent business, has come across an administration built on working against business. Coaches! 101 has moved into the category of a Large small Business, and that's because of the connections and ablity to draw contracts with other places. While the battle in Jersey City is steaming up, where all the political leaders are running to the defense of Jersey City's Mayor in Jerramiah Healy, making it the reverse of David v Goliath, or it could be the key factor of David (Coaches! 101) v Goliath (Jersey City: Mayor Jerramiah Healy).

The Mayor of Jersey city (Jerramiah Healy) has convinced his elected leaders on how moronic or stupid Omar Dyer really is, and any education is not granted. Well, in the world of online transaction, and an online war with Omar Dyer and Jerramiah Healy -- here's a firm picture of Omar Dyer's grades in one of the hardest classes to study. Which is Advance Masters in legal Studies? Omar Dyer is being taught by the best of the best in knowing the law, and the hard working effort is paying off.

You look at these grades and make you own judgement on how smart or incredible stupid you think Omar Dyer really is!
