Mayor Healy v Omar Dyer 2011

The feud and war to make public advocates and businesses that wish to do business with in the city of Jersey City, NJ has gotten nasty to a point –where the Mayor of Jersey City is forging facts and lying on people to embarrass them. Recently, Mayor Jerramiah Healy released his announcement that he plans to sue Spectra and the Federal Regulatory Commission on the selling of and expansion of pipelines. He has noted that none of his intentions are to harm local business, but to destroy certain ones before they get started. His fight with Spectra comes on the backs, or is a political war waging on what our technical informational company does.

Mayor Healy is using the case with Spectra Energy INC, to embarrass and publicly in a matter to demonize plus embarrass our company in Coaches! 101, by bring financial hardships on the company. We filed a law suit on the state of New Jersey, and the City of Jersey City in regards to the contract with the Department of Energy, which will hirer scientist, to conduct energy studies, or create technology that leads to better alternative energy solutions.

On January 18, 2011 – Mayor Healy released a statement saying the City of Jersey City has gotten or used $2.3 million in funds from the Department of Energy to use in the Energy Block Grant, and those funds can be distributed through the Redevelopment Agency. Yet, we can pull up the same facts that the Mayor of Jersey City in Jerramiah Healy can pull up, and on the Department of Public Utilities – Jersey City is shown not to have applied in 2010 for the Block Grants and on the Department of Energy website, the data that Mayor Jerramiah Healy is revealing is a year old. So that means the Mayor used this data, to embarrass our program, and demonize our program because of the notion – the mayor has a personal vendetta on the owner of the company.

We have facts and proof that what is going on in Jersey City, isn’t really what’s happening in Jersey City. This feud is getting really bad, where it’s starting to push political alias on one side, and rivals on the other making this a political atmosphere that nobody likes. A political environment like what’s going on in Jersey City is bad for business, bad for consumers and bad for the perception of the town in general. Business leaders, have to side with the rules and regulations that the leadership of the township provides. And Coaches! 101 has done that, asked for meetings, attended public meetings—while asking them questions, and begging for answers. We even kept our feuds in a civil matter by joining political rallies, protest and other non-violent functions. Yet, the Municipality hasn’t come to the table and met or assigned a meeting with Coaches! 101 about how to help them engage the business matters of the city in question. The only thing we ask of the municipality of Jersey City is prove your case, don’t forge information to lie on good people, or companies.

The fight with Mayor Healy and Coaches! 101 has become an insane one. The mayor has come in the way of great deal making. Omar Dyer who has been working hard to seal deal, for his apparent business, has come across an administration built on working against business. Coaches! 101 has moved into the category of a Large small Business, and that's because of the connections and ablity to draw contracts with other places. While the battle in Jersey City is steaming up, where all the political leaders are running to the defense of Jersey City's Mayor in Jerramiah Healy, making it the reverse of David v Goliath, or it could be the key factor of David (Coaches! 101) v Goliath (Jersey City: Mayor Jerramiah Healy).

The Mayor of Jersey city (Jerramiah Healy) has convinced his elected leaders on how moronic or stupid Omar Dyer really is, and any education is not granted. Winter warning advisory

Jersey City has become a place of shame and embarrassment with the level corruption and negligence—the mayor has an administration that does nothing to help the people abroad. The level of cronyism makes this administration one of the worst ran governments in New Jersey Period. People in Jersey City are lining up to file federal complaints on a Mayor whom doesn’t know how to govern. Complaints that range from abuse of power, lack of knowledge on how to run municipal services.

Mayor Jerramiah Healy who ran on the Team Healy campaign slogan of: “Change You Can See” – hasn’t lived up to the Mounties of changing anything in Jersey City. With more hardships, political patronage—substance abuse in terms of alcoholic consumptions (by the mayor); New Jersey’s second largest city is facing proportional economic hardships. And for the city the size of Jersey City, New Jersey, the hardships shouldn’t be that widely across the board. With layoffs, furloughs and firings, with salary increases to executive staffing, and political wildering from outside organizations—or forcing good company to buy into a system of corruption, or be damaged or prudently destroyed.

From heavy bans and prevention ordinances on small vendors that worked on street corners, to hire taxes on small business in general – “if they didn’t donate to the mayor’s foundation;” the attack on business has made it harder for people wishing to do business in Jersey City, if you’re not socially connected. Connected in terms of who you are literally in bed with, in order to engage in business. It ranges from laying off municipal workers, to not funding publicly owned private companies, and forcing people to walk into economic hardships, because of laziness and accountability in the administration.

Now here’s where the danger lies in Jersey City, with the blizzard of 2010, passing, and rain battles are about to begin – the beloved Jersey City: NJ may have to face heavy flooding, turn streets, with heavy pot-holes, terrible drinking water, rising level of lead and chromium flowing up to the surface – where it leads to a major health crisis worse than the people living in Haiti. And Jersey City doesn’t have to be in this position if the Mayor was more responsible and control of how his city is ran.

Weather forecasting says: New Jersey will have 10inch of rain – when the city had 24 inches of snow, while 60% of the snow hasn’t been removed. And as the aging pipelines, in Jersey City are put to the test, and as chromium level increase because of the amount of water and land corrosion – we in Jersey City is about to be hit with a health problem that shouldn’t be.

I am an activist, and I am sending my warning to the City of Jersey City: from January 1, 2011 to January 5, 2011: this city should be in a flood zone warning, and there should be a crew going around cleaning out the sewage, to prevent the water levels from reach unsustainable amounts. In my opinion, Jersey City’s Mayor in Jerramiah Healy should resign. He’s not doing what’s best for the city of Jersey City, and his maintenance of city affairs is by far the worse I have seen in my Adult life ranging from 18 years of age.

The Steve Lipski Deal

TheFanNJ is leasing a war of words on the internet in concerning the recent deal between Rosemary McFadden and Steve Lipski deal. Weeks prior to the deal negotiated behind closed doors, in a non-public setting – where a former citizen in politics approached the Mayor to gain a public job. TheFanNJ Speaks: “Where are the labor boards or the civil service unions, and any one that monitors affairs, this Steve Lipski deal isn't legal. Rosemary McFadden can't pay or give pay to a board member at $1, public boards can’t have undisclosed payments, or brokerage deals. It violates the 7th and 8th amendments and all labor laws—plus union contracts with municipal services. As in terms of health care cost, and other liabilities can't be placed in mention with a pay of a $1—when EOE laws state all federal and public employees get a pay of $7.15 an hour. If Rosemary wants to pay herself one dollar, she is more than willing to do so, but this contract with Steve Lipski is not legal. Omar Dyer is going to file a complaint and I hope others are with me. My reason is: how can any think Mayor Jerramiah Healy of Jersey City NJ, is capable of running the city; if he continues to hire people that have BLOWN budgets? Steve Lipski is the same guy that crashed the School Board Budget with Create Charter School, causing Mike Epps to get a verbal, cyber thrashing from Steve Fulop, and every reformer in the Jersey City. Create Charter school lasted only 4 years under the management of Steve Lipski (strike one). As a former council representative, he is a part of the blown budget, which contributed to a $50 million dollar budget deficit –while turning into a $90 million dollar budget deficit. My question and concern is, with this guy’s (Steve Lipski) history of closing and collapsing budgets—why was he even considered for the job of running the Economic Development Center. Sorry but Lipski shouldn't have even been let in the door--he's one of the reason Jersey City is FAILING. Now just imagine if Terry Dehere was to make McNair close down, then managed to sneak a job as the director of economic affairs in the city with a problem of managing business funds.”

Recalling Mayor Jerramaih Heally

There is a group working hard to recall Mayor Heally. Even though the Recall efforts of Peter Brenan has failed the group working on the efforts to Recall Mayor Healy is still trying to gain momentum. In recent magazine from NJ Monthly: Jersey City's living standards dropped again--as Jersey City became the 402 city with good living conditions. A dramatic drop. Jersey City continues its decline and fall under the leadership of Mayor Jerramiah Healy. From 2004 until 2009 polling data, and reports show, Jersey City went from 120 in the state of New Jersey to 402. In 2008, Jersey City was 256 in the state, and it’s now 402. The median household income range: $36,000 -- people unemployed 10.3%, people that work in the private sector 26% for the municipal government 17% -- and people say this city is managed well. City official Jack Kelly has to close an $84 million dollar budget hole – with a $91 million dollar budget debt. A city that is seeing massive amounts of layoff—low income revenues, and dangerous levels of education defragmentation.


Hudson County has the worst rated governmental leadership at the county and municipal levels in the state of New Jersey. Inpendent polling date: compiled from PHRA reports and searching tools, show Hudson County's leadership and government are ranked 19th out of the 21 executive branches. And Hudson County's the Educational Department fell to 12th in the state of New Jersey -- where Jersey City has seen all of their public schools lined up at the bottom. Even Mayor Healy's Job approval Ratings show almost 75% dumbs down -- where 80% would like to see the mayor recalled.

The worst schools in New Jersey: Snyder High School, Dikerson High is the second, third is Ferris, and Lincoln high leads Jersey City as the best of the worst schools in New Jersey. This is embarrassing: Jersey City's Mayor should be fired. Since having no alternative programming once school is over is that great or bad for education. Studies show that when students engage in learning outside of the normal schooling hours -- test score rise dramatically. Not only does it set the decorum for advancement class--but extracurricular activities outside of normal school functions bring part-time jobs and mentors for the youth. Everyone knows that the Mayor doesn't control the educational department --now when it comes to after-school programs, yes the MAYOR has full authority over the fiscal issues of faith based and community outreach programs.

Mayor Healy v. SBIR Program

Mayor Jerramiah Healy has leashed an all out attack on Spectra. Which is the headliner for the program called: The SBIR Program? Which is the Small business Innovation Research Program. He's using the battle with Spectra to hide the underlining factor in why he opposes clean energy. Coaches! 101 an information technology for finding recourse -- has had a long battle with the Mayor. Who no-one including the Mayor has ever meet Omar Dyer or Coaches! 101 representatives in Person?


Who's Omar Dyer -- he's a Hoboken Native (Born and raised) spent two years at the University of Oregon, and moved to Jersey City, NJ in 2004. After budget cuts with a couple of financial firms. Omar Dyer created Coaches! 101 and has been sharing information with companies and government ever since. Under the guidelines and rules for the Department of Energy: Omar Dyer's company and principal program fall under the guidelines for the SBIR Program. Yet, Jersey City has had problems with funding or looking for contributions for work they haven't done. This fight with Spectra isn't about Spectra: we believe this fight is with Coaches! 101 and our program. Omar Dyer wrote letters to the Editor, and hopes they will publish them to reach a broad audience.

Small Business Innovation Research:

The Department of Energy has released earmarked funds to a few companies in New Jersey to participate with NASA, on the growth of technology for research advancements that will find alternative solutions to energy. The Small business Innovation Research Program grants contracts to (S) Corporations that publicly won the GSA contract: Known on the Fed-Market.
As the CEO of an information initiative program: The Next Generation of Leaders – we won such a contract. As seen on public television for the last few months, I have been fighting hard to bring the principal program to Jersey City. Jersey City has full jurisdiction of the presiding factors of this company, when we want to seek approbations from the federal government. The moneys, granted from the SBIR Program to The Next Generation of Leaders Program: cost the taxpayer absolutely nothing: while bring jobs to High School Seniors, and college freshmen – who are interested in science, and have no other solutions for jobs. We are in an area where crime is on the rise within our youth, and this Mayor has been against anything this company (Coaches! 101) has proposed. And used smoke and mirrors to hide the underlining fact—first the Mayor was against supplement relief proposed by Steven Fulop: when Fulop wanted to help home-owners. Team Healy, voted no: and said they were afraid of the applicants who would apply for this: (They were afraid to Help Omar Dyer and Coaches! 101).

And now since the Department of Energy has been willing to step in and take over the program: The Next Generation of Leaders; where we will hire Jersey City citizens to inspect energy problems in Jersey City—like the Gas Pipeline.
And as a smoke and mirror to hide the truth: the Mayor uses his fight with Spectra and a Texas Energy company to prevent alternative solutions in Jersey City NJ. The Mayor will not tell you the truth, and is using this high profile case to underscore the real teeth. His fight isn’t with Spectra: Spectra is the headline to hide the truth, this fight is against my program. And that’s why I support the fight to remove Mayor Healy. My recall of the Mayor is because of the negligence that will cost Jersey City to lose $1.5 million dollars in job creation and training. I am writing this letter to say: I need help, and would like you all to join me. Some companies are not the enemy, and some CEOs are great people: and we can’t be afraid of evolution.

Chambers Department and Bill Gaughan

The mystery of campaign finance happens in this world of political patronage. The Department of Commerce chairman, visited Jersey City NJ on April, 22 2010. What was talked about, we don’t know what was said; so we will let you decide and ask questions, yet with the cloud of speculation running wild in a city known for corruption. One just can't think on how some of these leaders are saying: "Catch me if you can." In a report by CNN and other watch dog groups which reported that the Chamber of Commerce is setting up and allowing foreign companies to have close connections--plus donate money to political parties, and have federal matching fund double the effort.

After the meeting with members of the Chambers of Commerce, lots of key contributors where linked together, and later conversations have made the public weary of how the money was shipped.
Council Member Bill Gaughan of Jersey City, one of the longest members’ active in the council, with over 20 years holds a title in Jersey City. Recently reported $2,500 of moneys going to CSID Management, just weeks after meeting with members following the Chamber of Commerce officials. Bill Gaughan was later knowingly became friends this contributor from a foreign country (who's name isn't mention) yet, Facebook confirms their affiliation. Facebook Friend

Now, it's not a political crime to donate moneys to a local civic organization if you're a foreign company. It becomes a political crime when the civic organization then ship the moneys to local party affiliates--which tips the scale on how moneys are raised, and what's going to campaigns.

And this report isn't about or trying to harm foreign investors, and foreign money, this report isn't trying to damage the liability of the Chamber of Commerce. This report is done because once the chamber of commerce left, where did the money go. Well, it didn't go where it was suppose to, and connections made, leaving questions not answered. When you have people in office making choices, raising local taxes, and living above the rules, only to appoint and help elect those that contribute to their campaigns, is the reason why people are screaming: Corruption.

Political Activist, Omar Dyer, spoke on this issue and question the noise, where he was attacked by those in political positions. Omar Dyer, doesn't want to place public servants in prison for abusing the system, by reporting it. Yet, there has to be a level of fairness when political powers invest in public interest. Omar Dyer released his letter to the editor, and maybe it will get published.

Jersey City, New Jersey is looking for leadership, and that leadership should come from somewhere. With the recent decline in trust for the people whom have been elected or appointed into office – we are finding our businesses in Jersey City in struggle mode. Companies are finding it harder and harder to do business in Jersey City – while this mayor and his administration are now embarrassing this state and city around the globe. Recently council persons, Bill Gaughan, assembly person Joan Quigley has been toasting around with the Chamber of Commerce, and along with County Sheriff – who’s looking for re-election. The whole column (B) ticket should now be under federal audit, which got a public note from the President of the United States "Barack Obama." The Chamber of Commerce has helped foreign companies (unwillingly)donate moneys that should go to local business—which were taxpayer funded; and it wasn’t meant to go on campaigns with political aspirations of candidates, of their party’s choosing. Which becomes a major problem with the case about Solomon Dwek? Taxpayer funded money, shouldn't go to campaigns, and that’s why there’s a federal probe running in Jersey City. Taxpayer funds are meant to go to local business, and someone’s campaign is not a business.

The system isn’t broken; leadership in the system is broke – instead of looking out for the best interest of themselves and not the interest of laws and regulations on campaign finance. I am writing this letter to say, to those leaders going around taking donations, and abusing the chamber of commerce – in order of allowing foreign companies that donate to local campaigns: When you’re caught in this probe, what will you have to say to your family? What would you say to the people of these cities, and what will you say to the country for embarrassing this state? Campaigns are won on candidates – where people believe that the candidate can lead. Just because the chamber of commerce donates in good faith to a city in which you preside, doesn’t mean that moneys have to or should go into the local political leader’s war-chest, so that leader can finance a dying campaign. And my complaint isn’t just a democratic issue, it’s also a republican issue as well – since both parties are benefiting from abusing the Chamber of Commerce; in which they are laundering funds from foreign companies into local campaigns.

When those funds, should have went to local businesses, or the economic department in those cities? While publicly own small businesses like Coaches! 101 (my company) whom has won control of approbations of the SBIR Funds (Small Business Innovation Research Program) through the Department of Energy – plus the Public Library of Jersey City are having troubles with this administration in Jersey City NJ. It shows a lack of interest and will on supporting the local community, when our leaders are taking contributions and donating it to campaigns of their friends, instead of giving those moneys to a library, or pushing through an ordinance to achieve approbated funding for a federally traded publicly owned private company like Coaches! 101.
