Political Opinion: Who Creates Jobs?

In these days, we all wonder: who is in charge of creating jobs, Government or employers -- elected leaders seeking re-election, or Entrepreneurs, small business owners, or public employees? That's is one of the major questions of the day. TheFanNJ: Omar Dyer had to view this option after being told by elected leaders in Hudson County on who creates the jobs. So now we will have a countdown clock, and TheFanNJ will sit and wait until our government leaders can create the jobs, and who signs the paper work for the checks to be written.

The economic woes of New Jersey are getting steeper, and leaders are making promises and demands they can’t generally keep. In a meeting in Jersey City, New Jersey: Council representative Radames Velasquez made a general statement: “We can create jobs, we know what we are doing, and we will create jobs.” And this comment was made when the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission had its general meeting on natural gas. Here’s the truth, local and state government can’t create jobs – they can only create rules and regulations, place sanctions or recommendations for such – local government can approve or deny facilitation of contracts. They are not and can’t create jobs – as local government shouldn’t be in the business of job creation.

I’m a small business owner, and if I wanted to add 100 more employees to my company – I would have to file in New Jersey: CBT: 100 – which is a corporation business tax return. And while filing for that return, you would have to pay a filing fee of $500 for each employee—whereas if you do your mathematics on this equation: 100 people times $500 is $5,000. On top of that, there’s a permit fee in local municipalities that would need to be addressed: and these fees are subjected to administrative rules and regulations. That’s another, $2,500 dollars in out of pocket expenses to just pay off the filing fees and administrative cost. Then you have to pay that dividend on payroll taxes, unemployment insurance, health insurance, life insurance, social security per employee which comes out to amount of 45% of projected revenue for 100 employees. All of this comes out on the fiscal numbers of $150,000 in operational cost for taxes on employment – which don’t include employee salaries and other compensations.

And for me to reach my height in a demand to expand my business – I would need to file on the federal level with the Internal Revenue Service a 1120(PL), an 1120(S), a f2441, apply and qualify for the Federal TTRA so my small business can file a f8885, and 3800.

Now if an investor wanted to invest in my small business – which also helps raise revenue for my small business—(me) I don’t know what the other business have to file is an 8038, which includes 8038 (TC, R T) and then have state and local monitoring boards approve of the filings. This would have to be done in order, to hire 100 people.

That’s just for operational cost that includes actual employment; it has nothing to do with needed manufacturing cost—which is office supplies, cost of production services, and executive compensation. And in the federal rulings – operational cost of manufacturing are not taxable source for a credit or deduction. That means, it would have to come from private equity – and since banks need insurances, that their funds are going to be replenished a small business would need to know, who’s going to pay for these non-employment expenses: Government.
If so, I am waiting for Jersey City Councilman Radames Velasquez, and Mayor Jerramiah Healy, to write me a check for $150,000 in order to create 100 jobs, for my company.

Since, it’s these leaders that are making general statements in public – that are directed to my small business, which is an advocacy group – non-profit company, about who and how jobs are created. Then they should be held accountable for the statements they make in public – as if they know what is best for their communities, and then they should compensate business and people, for the working demands. Our program has been on a waiver from the federal government for two years: and you do pay waiver fees – which means, we are $14004 in filing fees, for a contract that is $150,000 waiting to be approved. So who is going to repay, my company the $14004 already paid to the federal government for a contract that has been worked on worth $150,000 in operational cost on actual employment?

This is the major problem when leaders are trying to make political statements, in public for political gain – without knowing the details of the facts. These leaders have never had a private job—or owned a private company. Not a CBG company: which is a community block grant – a private company in the finance world that deals with everything that I am talking about? And when these leaders can say, they are more equipped to program these events, and then pay me $150,000 to offset my cost, and allow leaders in government to help me create 100 jobs for people unemployed. And since 6,000 people in Jersey City New Jersey is currently not employed: I will have a countdown clock waiting for the $150,000 check from Jersey City, New Jersey – that will create jobs, because you guys are the leaders, you guys knows what is best and you’re the government, you can create the jobs. So here are my forms, and regulations – plus what I have already paid: can you please tell my unemployed residents – which you’re job creators for, and not small business and entrepreneurs—when will I get my check, so there can be actual employment.

Natural Gas

In Jersey City, New Jersey there is a fight going on with natural gas. While many whom fear the patterns of change, believe some of the mis-information and lies going forth from Mayor Jerramiah Healy’s administration. They are all in line with information that isn’t creditable, when Jersey City’s homeland security team, and risk management team released a plan to ban natural gas companies, and their pipelines from harboring Jersey City’s population. Many people would like to know – where are the growths of employment going to come from. Since, a Mayor can’t create jobs, but a Mayor can prevent outside agencies from doing business in city. And from data tracking, independent sources on public information – where it’s well noted that Jersey City, NJ is the highest in the state in long-term unemployment, unemployment, social assistance, and middle class relief. Jersey City right now is facing 10% unemployment ratings – that means, 25,000 of the 250,000 people living in the city is now unemployed. The unemployed ratio is a factor of under-employed, where they are employed, receive temporary assistance because of the levels of pay are too low, and don’t work more than 25 hours per-week.

That’s not the important problem going on – whereas the most important criteria for any pipeline ban, is based on mis-information. Like, the current technology is light years ahead of the information and fears coming out of an administration – that doesn’t have a clue on energy policies. Mayor Jerramiah Healy may be in violation of Pub. L. 107-174, which is the (No Fear Act). This prevents federal agencies from discriminating –using the whistleblower laws, as a means of protection. And since Mayor Jerramiah Healy made this a personal fight – where he forced bans on pipeline expansion. A ban on pipeline expansion means this: nobody can invent, invest or do business in technical piping industry because of this ban. Which means, new technology can’t be consumed, information can’t be shared – and job creation can’t be achieved.

The problems with this Spectra Energy feud, has nothing to do with the concerning factors – of natural gas. Which has been the safest exploration of gas for the last 30 years – plus the #1 creator of jobs in America is Natural Gas! This problem that we are seeing in Jersey City, New Jersey has everything to do with compensation, abuse of power – and a dying administrations attempt to revitalize a political career.

Here’s what happens when you place a ban on business looking to engage in businesses:

1. A Pipeline ban: Prevents any business from exchanging technology
2. A Pipeline ban: prevents employment exploration
3. Contracts with the federal energy regulatory commission from monitoring new technology
4. Stops unions and labor agreements, prevents economic growth
5. New technology from growing or enhancing
6. It also stops regulation and permit fees – plus revenue sharing from the entire industry

TheFanNJ: Omar Dyer is in no favor of Spectra’s plans on this pipeline expansion. What TheFanNJ: Omar Dyer is in favor are fair – open and honest discussions and policies that enable businesses, and technology advancements. A fair process in the system, like: Mayor Jerramiah Healy, and his administration had every right to object to the policy. They have had every right to file for an intervene status – yet, they shouldn’t be in the political arena on mis-informing the public, placing a ban on an industry – while forcing campaign contributions in the process. Those are clear violations of the (No Fear Act) Pub. L. 107-174, which means Mayor Healy can’t attend, or be involved with an organization that has a title against a certain entity. And Mayor Jerramiah Healy is clearly involved with No Gas Pipeline of Jersey City.

Recalling Mayor Healy

1/14/2011
Office of the City Clerk
C/O Robert Byrne
C/O Jersey City Council
280 Grove Street
Jersey City NJ 07302
Public Complaint for Private / Public advocate
Saftey and living issues

Dear: Mayor Jerramiah Healy,

To much is going-on in the city of Jersey City where these drastic events, and unproper living standards. The Florrence Street Apartment Complex also known as: Montgomery Projects is by far the worst kept complex in all of Hudson County. In my best opinion from touring the place five times in the last 3 years – the place has gotten worst. With complete floors empty and closed off to the general public, and the upper floors are a pathway statation for drug trafficking and usage. These complexes have become what they label on the street – a crack house, better terms a condemned complex. The halls are dirty, and haven’t been painted or redone in 10 years – apartments are completely empty and sealed off from the public. The floors haven’t been maintained in recent memory; where there are caters of human feces, drug contraband and parafina, harvesting the hall ways, starways, elevators and ect:

The sad and sudden part of this managled mess is there is also campaign literature in these places, meaning ELECTED, and I will repeat this elected officials have toured this complex – seen how badly kept the complex is, and has done nothing to improve the conditions.

This complex is a serious health issue to the general public, it’s a health issue to the perception of the city, and it will lead it infestations of rodents such as: mice, rat, king rats, vermints, possiums, voles, and muskrats. All of these rodents, can carry diseases that can filter into the human.

List of Diseases attracked to humans

Hantavirus Pulmonary Syndrom, (HPS): is a deadly disease transmitted by infected rodents through urine, droppings, or saliva. Humans can contract the disease when they breathe in aerosolized virus. HPS was first recognized in 1993 and has since been identified throughout the United States. Although rare, HPS is potentially deadly. Rodent control in and around the home remains the primary strategy for preventing hantavirus infection.

Murine Typhus: Murine typhus (caused by infection with R. typhi) occurs worldwide and is transmitted to humans by rat fleas. Flea-infested rats can be found throughout the year in humid tropical environments, but in temperate regions are most common during the warm summer months. Travelers who visit in rat-infested buildings and homes, especially in harbor or riverine environments, can be at risk for exposure to the agent of murine typhus.

Rat-bite fever (RBF): Rat-bite fever (RBF) is a systemic bacterial illness caused by Streptobacillus moniliformis that can be acquired through the bite or scratch of a rodent or the ingestion of food or water contaminated with rat feces.

Salmonella enterica serovar Typhimurium: As its name suggests, it causes a typhoid-like disease in mice. In humans S. Typhimurium does not cause as severe disease as S. Typhi, and is not normally fatal. The disease is characterized by diarrhea, abdominal cramps, vomiting and nausea, and generally lasts up to 7 days. Unfortunately, in immunocompromized people, that is the elderly, young, or people with depressed immune systems, Salmonella infections are often fatal if they are not treated with antibiotics.

Leptospirosis: Leptospirosis is a bacterial disease that affects humans and animals. It is caused by bacteria of the genus Leptospira. In humans it causes a wide range of symptoms, and some infected persons may have no symptoms at all. Symptoms of leptospirosis include high fever, severe headache, chills, muscle aches, and vomiting, and may include jaundice (yellow skin and eyes), red eyes, abdominal pain, diarrhea, or a rash. If the disease is not treated, the patient could develop kidney damage, meningitis (inflammation of the membrane around the brain and spinal cord), liver failure, and respiratory distress. In rare cases death occurs.

Eosinophilic Meningitis: Eosinophilic meningitis is an infection of the brain occurring in association with an increase in the number of eosinophils, white blood cells that are associated with infection with worms that penetrate into the body. The organism most commonly causing eosinophilic meningitis is a rat lung worm called angiostrongylus cantonensis.

All of these symtoms are a common closure of what many doctors say is: asthma and bronchitis, and it is important the the city of Jersey City investigate, plus control such heath hazards. Yet, that doesn’t undermind and under-value the real concern going on in low income areas. As a potential candidate touring the streets—canvassing the area for signatures to be placed on the ballot. I had to endure these terrible conditions, and notice that nothing is being done – the people are tired of living in this mess, and many of them don’t have jobs.

It would be beneficial to hire some of those living in these conditions to clean up or maitence the facility in which they live. It would also show a common interest to have the Housing Authority contract services for security to monitor these places – and that those whom are hired are from the city of Jersey City.

And in the Freemont Ave Complex, also known as: Booker T. Washington Complex – I had to endure a gun fight with individuals whom has no respect for the citizens living in the complex, or the children playing in the neighboring park. I then asked them about the respect of hood life in these complexes, and many of the citizens say – nobody cares about our problems, this part of the community isn’t in the best interest of Jersey City, no jobs, no support – nothing, but promises and campaign pledges.

And that isn’t the least of our problems in Jersey City many of the residents don’t respect the police because of the excessive force. And there are many cases of death by the hands of those hired to protect our way of life. People or the citizens of the city shouldn’t be afraid of the law enforcement department. It leads to an increase in violant crimes, which makes my claim even stronger. It’s been 620 days since Omar Dyer (Me) first contacted this administration about the levels of crime, and lack of mentoring programs or job placement programs in Jersey City.

It’s now time for your leadership to step aside, because the Healy Administration has made it worst to be a citizen in this city, a public official, an officer of the law, a law enforcement agent – or anyone appointed in commission by the federal or state government.

In my recommendation, if Florrence Street Apartment Complex, isn’t a fixable concern for Jersey City, then closed that place down – and if Jersey City’s mayor can’t provide protection to the people that live in or around the Freemont Ave Complex, then both the council representative, council president, and mayor’s administrative staff should be sanctioned. And as a public notary in commission appointed as a public / private advocate of Hudson County, with a legal practiced advocacy group: Coaches! 101 (PAC), and our local establishment of the Public Complaint Committee (Jersey City): we will send leters to the State Department of Health and Human Services, and Federal Department of Health and Human Services, and the Council on Local Mandates, to enforce the ruling of sanctions on a mayor of the township or city, for violating N.J.A.C. 13:54, N.J.S.A. 52:14B-5.1c, and Occupational Health and Safety Act 2000. Since this is a serious health hazards to the people and business that are contracted by the state, federal and municipality to do or live around these settings.

And the Mayor of Jersey City continues to say -- his administration is doing the best job for the city.

Omar Dyer opinion editorial

Jersey City Politics:

Local Politics never get this hot and grimy –this early on whereas very rarely does the opposition of the current administration—gains more credit than aspiring political achievers; whom happen to be backed by the administration of the Mayor.

At the round-table where a spawn of chest matches are tiding up – as it leaves the general public gasping for answers, and pundits marking their position to either be a pawn or foe; in a political civil war. Mayor Jerramiah Healy, is toxic meaning if the council dominated by Healy’s administration – whom have vowed their hips to the broken policies of the Mayor of Jersey City New Jersey.

This November, in Jersey City we have a special election to tag along with the general election. In an election season that was supposed to be the Super bowl of elections for New Jersey – turned out to be bust. Only five races in all of the Hudson County had a challenge, and the most heavily challenge with Sandra Bolden Cunningham—was a landslide and total bust. The other races failed to provide substance, and spunk to entice voter turnout. And with the discontent coming from Mayor Healy’s administration—more people are becoming more disenfranchised about any election that involved Mayor Jerramiah Healy. Popular consensus shows, 68% of those that vote on a regular basis doesn’t want – agree and hopes: Team Healy will leave, and take their policies with them.

The route to attack the local opposition in the newspaper leaves uncertainty in the political light of Mayor Jerramiah Healy. Recently a slew of letters and public challenges—leashed on to defame, or target Councilman Steven Fulop. In order to change the direction, shift the focus –while hiding the notion of what is the current problem in Jersey City. Which is money management? Jersey City is in need of a budget -- $557 million (up in the air budget); with a $477 million (on the record) budget; which has a $108 million budget gap. Then you have a Business Administrator closing everything down—with policies to create an impression of a smaller government. And with a $5 million to $6 million dollar tag for every layoff known to mankind—the obvious looms over this administration.

Mayor Jerramiah Healy is facing three things: the county and states highest home foreclosures at 45% above the state average of 7% on homes foreclosed on—given Jersey City as a pricey place to live. Jersey City has the most 30 year abatement—where every other city has given lower term 5 to 7 year abatements. Also haunting the Mayor is the jobs report – where Jersey City is #1 in the state of New Jersey with the most unemployed citizens, standing in at 11.6% -- which is 2% higher than the national average, meaning more than 13,000 new people are filing for unemployment benefits. And if you thought that was the dragon guarding the princess cabinet—you are gladly mistaken; Jersey City also has the largest population of Homeless citizens – topping New Jersey’s list. With over 6,000 citizens venturing the realms of homeless citizens in Jersey City, New Jersey. The question now being raised is: why won’t Mayor Jerramiah Healy resign. It’s not like his ideas are working, no they are remotely failing big time—and it’s because of cronyism and not political policies. Mayor Healy as been an anti-labor political leader; where he fired over 1,200 municipal workers of this 3 year span, and who knows on what has gone over his two terms.

Taxes in Jersey City

Mayor Healy and his Administration has been fighting hard to destroy and prevent the growth of Coaches! 101. Even though this internet company has been paying it's fair share in taxes, and has been on par with their code in the taxing system. Omar Dyer has paid his taxes on time -- right and has done more than his part to make the economic development stable.

Yet, Jersey City NJ has been mishandled for years: allowing $94,626 in unpaid taxes for 6 years to Block 1316 : lot 0000A.7: to Mandina Investment on 193 M.L.K. Drive in Jersey City New Jersey.

Other properties are like: Block 1607; Lot: 22 Owned by 94 Broadway INC owes $21,720 for the property on 115 Whales St. Jersey City NJ.

With Block: 1492: Lot 5 owened by PGSD LLC C/O Foley Connell LLP owes $48,590 for the property on Central RR ETC.

Like Block: 2031: Lot: 000PL.A owened by 200 Pacific 18, Fortune Financial owes $20,379 for the property on 184-200 Pacific Ave. Jersey City NJ.

Whereas, Block 75: Lot: 00154 qualifier: #C4105 owned by Sandeep Tyagi for property on 84 Morgan St Jersey City NJ is behind on what's owed to the city in the amount of $22,661.

With all of the battles and trail and errors, whereas Jersey City's Economical Development Center has been sending the run around on Coaches! 101, and the personal battle between Omar Dyer and Rosemary McFadden, plus the cyber wars with Mayor Jerramaih Healy himself, and how Governor Chris Christie has said: "New Jersey will not pay." And Mayor Healy, has been secretly forcing bribes that violate campaign finance laws.

Omar Dyer CEO of Coaches! 101 would like to know: How can someone pay on time -- does it right, whereas the IRS always has an audit subjected on him because of the notion, Omar Dyer is politically active? How come these people who don't live by the same standards don't have to pay, while they continue to give campaign contributions? Mayor Healy and Governor Chris Christie -- get your hands out my pockets.

Mayor Healy and budget

This blog serves the people of Jersey City, Hudson County and New Jersey. This is a free blog the information provided isn't subjected to the open public act--since this blog isn't paid for by the City of Jersey City, or State of New Jersey. Mayor Healy's administration makes on the public dime $3 million dollars -- pursant to State law P.L.1991, c.258.

Mayor Healy reported that his office, and city council makes in over $3 million dollars. We already know that Kevin Lyons (assistant chief of staff to Mayor Healy) make $75,000 to run local elections -- where we know Deputy Mayor Rosemary McFadden is making $2 dollars to be Cheif of Staff--but what is not reported is her salary as Deputy Mayor and Director of the Jersey City Economic Development Center. We already know that Mayor Healy is getting $119,000 in salary for mayoral duties -- but what we don't know is the salaries for the other commission he sponsors. We know that the Healy Foundation brings in $2 million, as a foundation--where celebs have been complaining that this Mayor in Jersey City is forcing them to donate to the foundation. Don't believe TheFanNJ ask the Buddy who sells cakes in Hoboken. Ask Tiger Woods on why he will never return to Jersey City New Jersey. TheFanNJ is calling Jersey City's Mayor Jerramiah Healy a crook. And there's no mole in Healy's administration -- yet corruption can't be hidden.

Healy failed to support our troops

This Memorial Day weekend, Jersey City's Mayor in Jerramiah Healy -- has failed to release any statements on the men and women that fight our wars. Which includes over 2,000 citizens from Jersey City, NJ who are in the military, and the thousands that are veterans? And on Monday May 30 2011 -- the mayor is on vaction in South New Jersey; while crime and other problems happen in the city. Mayor Healy or anyone from his administration has failed to honor those of our men and women that give their lives in order to keep us safe.

Public Advocate Omar Dyer has released his statement after the death of Anthony Adams -- a U.S. Marine that was cought in a carjacking. Yet, nothing has come from Mayor Jerramiah Healy; council representative Viola Richardson, council representative Mike Scotolono, and anyone from Healy's administration. The death of this young Marine during Fleet Week -- raised a lot of questions on why this Mayor is running this city into the ground--plus why his youth crime policies don't work. And his policies on African American crimes go un-warrented. And that will be the base that he will use to get re-elected.

Here is Omar Dyer's Statement:

Today after learning from Social Media sites like Facebook – and the neighborhood newspapers blog. I am saddened and hardened by the reports coming out with Memorial Weekend just starting. In New Jersey especially in Jersey City New Jersey – our levels of crime has risen to an unthinkable amount. And it’s the leadership of the Mayor that has turned us astray—the leadership of our elected leaders has left our calling for service in Jersey City NJ unanswered. And on this Saturday, May 28, 2011 night – I found out that T / Cpl. Anthony Adams 23 out of Jersey City NJ was shot and killed in a carjacking while home visiting his family – whereas the man who was charged in the carjacking death of a U.S. Marine in Jersey City early Thursday morning turned himself in to the Hudson County Prosecutor's Homicide Squad today shortly after 1 p.m., according to Hudson County Prosecutor Edward DeFazio.

Earl Austin, 20, of Bartholdi Avenue, was escorted by his lawyer and surrendered to authorities, who had been searching the city to arrest him, DeFazio said.
Austin is charged with shooting 23-year-old during an attempted robbery and carjacking on Bidwell Avenue, near Martin Luther King Drive, early Thursday, officials said.

Adams, who was still seated in his 2002 Ford Explorer when the bullet entered his chest, was pronounced dead at 1:15 a.m. at Jersey City Medical Center, officials said.

Austin is currently being processed by the Jersey City Police Department and will head to Hudson County Correctional Center in Kearny later today, DeFazio said.
His surrender ends a city-wide manhunt that involved local police and the U.S. Marshals’ Fugitive Taskforce, DeFazio said.

Austin is expected to make his first court appearance Tuesday at 1 p.m. in Jersey City.

A Yale Avenue resident, Adams -- also known as "Deejay Streets" -- grew up on Union Street in Jersey City and attended Golden Door Academy, moving on to University Academy Charter School before joining the Marines, friends told the Jersey Journal on Thursday.

He rose to the rank of corporal and served in Iraq from 2007 to 2008, they said.

He and his girlfriend, friends added, were expecting a baby.

I have been fighting Mayor Jerramiah Healy on his anti-gang problem since 2009, when a young man from Lincoln High School was killed after walking off the bus. Calling on leaders to stand up and face the music—the policies of the past doesn’t and ignoring the notion of bringing a community together in these hard press times of need is what makes leaders lead. It’s not balancing a budget, of raising the most money for the next election—better yet laying an impression that you serve the people. By standing up or coming up with 30 day budget fixes—in order to look great at the next municipal meeting. Leaders lead the people in a time of crisis. And I am writing this letter on this day Saturday May 28, 2011—on Memorial Day weekend. Jersey City wants their leaders to stand up, and unite to speak out in support of this young man and other men plus women that serve this nation.

Serving the flag in which we pledge our allegiance to – is an honor bestowed on the men and women risking their lives to keep us safe. And crimes that have happened in Jersey City, when all the warnings history of these acts have been noted—should have a unified approach from our elected leaders. And in the 31rst District, 33 District, and 32nd District – we have a problem with the leadership. State Senator Brain Stack although has been a good Mayor, has been a horrible representative in Jersey City. Along with Nick Sacco; who are both the highest paid elected officials in New Jersey, making far more in salary than the Governor. Yet, this isn’t a political moment—the moment is about lack of leadership to deal with the high rising numbers of citizens getting shot on the streets in Hudson County. Out of the ten large cities in New Jersey – Jersey City is #3 in crimes that involve a gun – Newark and Camden is #1 and #2 respectively, while Union City, and North Bergen round out the top ten. That means Hudson County is the worst place to raise a family. Between the carjacking, the shootings, and the lack of employment. Hudson County is the heaviest crime ridden place in New Jersey. And we have to place all blame on the people in the legislature that we elected to represent us. And since Hudson County only has 4 members –where 3 fully represent Hudson County, and the 4th is a part-timer from another county; we have bad leadership in the State legislator. State Senators Brain Stack, Nick Saaco, and Sandra Cunningham are all to blame for the lack of jobs, public security and safety which created this 2 year or more rage on crimes that involve guns.

My heart goes out the Adams Family, since this must be one of the hardest things to take in. And this isn’t the time where the guy was caught under friendly fire—this solider was coming home to visit his family, and take care of his wife who is expecting.

Re-Start a new Recall

Mayor Healy has been lying to the Federal investigators, IRS auditors, and public advocates about his deals in Jersey City. He has been forcing bribes ever since his re-election and thinks because he was a former judge, he is above the level of law. TheFanNJ from 2009 has been saying Mayor Healy of Jersey City is a crook and has been forcing bribes on Federal Contracts. Now it has come to light from newspapers and other sources that Mayor Jerramiah Healy has bribed his own police force and fire department heads with unpaid sick time -- while giving the lower workers a day off. Read the blog from a concerning resident of Jersey City.

SuperDad376 May 23, 2011 at 7:52AM

Jersey City was a "city of the First Class" until Healy and his corrupt Administration turned it in to their own personal amusement park. Now it seems like Healy wants to play the blame game to try and get reelected. Speaking about ignorance. How about the fact that it has been brought to light that Healy pretty much bribed four individuals with unused sick time so they would not retire? Essentially this man has bribed his and his son's way out of jail, covered up that incident in Bayonne where the off-duty Jersey City Police Officer killed someone, lies constantly about caring for Jersey City and still thinks he's been changing Jersey City for the better. One can see where the true ignorance sits and it is in this man's heart and in the hearts of his entire Administration. Healy does not care about the future of Jersey City. Healy has only cared about his own agenda since he made a deal back in 2009 so he would not be arrested. If this man was not ignorant and had any honor he would have given up his position back in 2009 to give Jersey City a fighting chance in these tough times. You're a disgrace and will go down with Hague as one of the most corrupt mayors of what was once a great city.

This is not just some crazy internet blogger complaining on the Internet about how Mayor Jerramiah Healy of Jersey City is bribing and lying his way out of troubled situtations because he can't handle the roles of being Mayor of Jersey City.

The entire City of Jersey City is pleading and begging for the Feds to remove Mayor Jerramiah Healy out of his rant as Mayor of Jersey City. The comments by some from the link on this article ( Read the full Article here ) about how they want Mayor Jerramiah Healy.

Omar Dyer v Hudson County

Omar Dyer had a public debate as an outsider about the process of how New Jersey should reorganize the district maps in Hudson County and all of New Jersey. The fight was how Hudson County would redraw the maps, and what leaders had the most imput into the debate Omar Dyer had public battles with Congressman Sires, and is currently fighting Mayor Jerramiah Healy: in what is the biggest political war in Hudson County. And Omar Dyer whose a state activist, and private / public advocate --approached the panel -- giving them his idea of what to do with the maps, and how Hudson County Leadership was shaped.

M A Y O R J E R R A M I A H T. H E A L Y: Good afternoon, and thank you for the opportunity. I thank the members of the public for coming down here today, the elected officials, and of course all of you Commissioners.

Jersey City, as you know -- the census is done -- different from most major cities, we have grown. We went-- Our population went up 3 percent. We plan to challenge the count anyway because, once again, we’re convinced that we were undercounted by at least 20,000 people. The numbers came out to be 247,000 and change; and just by the number of buildings that went up in this city in the last 10 years, to have our population only have grown by 7,000 is indicative of another big undercount for our city.

But what we have always said about our city: we’re the most ethnically, culturally diverse city in the state. Well, that was borne out once again by this census. The population numbers here, in this city: 22 percent white, 23 percent Asian, 24 percent black, and 28 percent Hispanic.

And there’s something listed as 4 percent other -- I don’t know exactly what that is, but it confirms what we’ve been saying: we’re very much ethnically diverse in this city.

One of my big concerns -- I don’t believe it’s a concern anymore; I think the law is on our side, the U.S. Supreme Court case. And from what I’ve heard through the grapevine about this Commission, my concern was our city being into (sic) three districts. And I believe representation in a case like that -- our representation -- gets diluted. So at some point (applause) -- somebody agrees with me; thank you. (laughter) I think that was my wife and children. (laughter) They clap every place I go.
But at any rate, getting two districts for our city, I think, will ensure that we get 100 percent representation, rather than diluting it.

Also, there were a couple of articles that I read recently by former Assemblyman Caraballo, and by our Assemblywoman Joan Quigley, and I want to warn this Commission to keep that in mind: the stacking issue. I don’t think it helps Jersey City; I don’t think it helps any of our minority people in Jersey City or Hudson County, or the State of New Jersey, for that matter. So I’d ask you to keep that in mind and please avoid it.

And, once again, thank you for serving here; and I wish you all the wisdom, the patience, and the diligence that you’re going to need to do a good job in this very, very difficult task. So I wish you all luck.

And I’ve kept my remarks under five minutes. Thank you, and good luck.

C O N G R E S S M A N A L B I O S I R E S: Good afternoon, everyone; welcome to Hudson County. Welcome to Hudson Community College, and welcome to the Culinary School here. This is one of our proudest buildings, and one of our proudest schools. This is one of the outstanding places in the state.

And I want to thank you for coming, and I want to thank you for serving. I don’t know if anybody has said that, but at the end of the day you have a very difficult job, and I don’t think you’re going to make a lot of people happy. But, knowing that, you still care a great deal about the state; you still care about the presentation and that you get a fair map. And I know all of you think that, because I know most of you.

I’m here as someone who came from a district in this county that has performed extremely well in terms of giving opportunities to minorities to hold office. When you look at this district, and you look at the people who come out of this district, you have people who have been elected to the Assembly; you have people who have been elected to the --minorities, I’m talking about -- to the State Senate; you have people who have been elected to represent in Washington -- Congressmen; and you have people elected here that have been elected to the U.S. House as Senators. You also have people out of this district who have been elected as mayors, and a Speaker of this great State -- all of them minority.

So what I’m talking about is a unique district. You have 40 districts that you have to make a decision on. This happens to be a very unique, well-performing, high-performing district in terms of getting minorities elected. I think that the makeup of the district is extremely important: it is very diverse in terms of -- within its own ethnic composition, and of the people who serve it. I would just point out that, currently, we have freeholders who are minorities; we have Assembly people who are minorities -- including a woman, which is something that we always strive to make sure that they have an opportunity to get elected.

By saying that, I guess one of the things that I want you to consider when you’re making your decision is that you cannot have a blanket position for all 40 districts. There are districts that have different makeup, and you might have to not use something standard for the 40 districts, and take into consideration the district that you are going to put together.

As I look at this district, I can tell you that the community that I come from, West New York, and the community of Union City are almost one. You start on 5th Street, you go to 67th Street -- you can’t tell the difference. When they move from West New York to Union City, Union City becomes the most highly populated mile in the country. When their relatives move back to West New York, West New York becomes the most populated mile -- square mile in the country. (laughter) That is the type of district that it is: it is a district that is unique. I don’t know where you’re going to find that in this state anywhere; because I know a little bit about the state having traveled throughout the state.

So I think that gives you an idea when I say to you that there’s a uniqueness to every single district that has to be taken into consideration. If you’re going to go by just blanket this or blanket this all over the districts, I think you’re going to have a difficult time drawing some of these maps.

I came from this district; I was a mayor in this district; we have freeholders -- right down to the County Committee. You even look at the County Committee, the opportunities are there for minorities to serve. And I think that the people who are represented in this district, all of the time, are represented well.

In terms of what you have to do: Look, I have no magic bullet to tell you that this is how. I’ve been involved with this once before. You have a hard job. The Asian-American community has grown. In this city, the population is very diverse. I think the Mayor will probably testify that there’s like 27 languages spoken in this community, and we all speak it every time we go to a different event -- right, Mayor? (laughter) -- even if we just say hello.

But that’s how diverse this County is, and that’s how diverse this state is. So what I’m saying to you is this: Please take into consideration the little nuances that some of these districts have. It is not just “we cut here, we cut there” -- if it was that easy, New Jersey wouldn’t be the kind of place that it is. New Jersey is just a great place where many people come to this country, start their lives, and continue to stay in this state.

So I thank you for allowing me to participate and be a speaker. I know that my redistricting is coming up, and you’re not going to be there; but it is important for me to let you know how I feel because I’ve been such a part of this community. I came to this country in 1962; and I’ve been in this County and in this district -- and in the same district ever since. Even at one time, we had two Republican Assembly people elected, and a minority by the name of Jose Arango was elected as a Republican out of this district.

So it’s a well-performing district, and I guess that’s the comment-- I’ll stop here because you have so many people that you have to hear.

But I thank you for allowing me to say a few words. Thank you very much.

O M A R D Y E R: Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen.
Can you hear me? (affirmative responses)

I’ve listened to everyone here for the past couple of hours, and what I say is we don’t have a population problem; we don’t have a density problem. We have a political patronage problem. And what that problem is, is that there’s no representation before taxation. That’s the number one rule when we brought in the Articles of Confederation, which is representation for taxation. If we break that rule and we have a political patronage system, where dual offices are not reprimanded, then we don’t have the adequate representation that we need.

It’s not an attack on the Latino community, but there are too many dual offices in those subjective (sic) communities. Let’s say if I have a problem with the mayor, and I want to go to the State Senator. Well, I can’t get the State Senator because he’s also the mayor. So I’m continuously growing the same problem: it’s the State Senator that’s a mayor; and I can’t go to the mayor because he’s the State Senator; I can’t go to the State Senator, because he’s the mayor. So there’s no representation, therefore there can’t be taxation. And taxation means that subsidies come to the designed area.

So if you have an area where there are two seat holders in one spot, then the subsidies can’t adequately come to that position because there’s no taxation without representation.

And I say you just leave the maps as they are, and enforce the dual offices, and we won’t have this problem where we’re losing congressional leaders every 10 years. And I thank you for the time, and that’s it.

MS. CRUZ-PEREZ: Just a point of clarification.

ASSEMBLYMAN WEBBER: Mr. Dyer.

MS. CRUZ-PEREZ: Very good, thank you. Just a point of clarification: No longer in the State of New Jersey can a person hold two dual offices. If you are a legislator, you cannot be a-- It was grandfathered in—

UNIDENTIFIED MEMBER OF COMMISSION: It was grandfathered—

MS. CRUZ-PEREZ: --for the people who are already in office; I understand that point. But upcoming members, they no longer can do that, okay?

MR. DYER: Well, but it’s not the fact that it’s -- no longer doing it; it’s not enforced. That’s the thing; it’s not enforced. And the way you enforce it is with clean elections. So we can go on and on.

ASSEMBLYMAN WEBBER: Thank you.

Blog Notes:

New Jersey's legislative branch made a choice to break up parts of Hudson County, making the 32nd districts more favored to fit Jersey City, removing the 33rd out of the picture, and breaking up Mayor Jerramiah Healy's trusted base.

Further-more breaking up Hudson County's power base, where leaders and journalist say that Hudson County Democratic Organization is walking slow -- or as Auggie Torres from the Jersey Journal out of Jersey City NJ would say: HCDeadO.

Omar Dyer has been very active in working hard on bring social change to Jersey City, Hudson County and all of New Jersey. He may not be respected as a power base in Hudson County, by the news, or even political monitors; will never mention his name but Omar Dyer (TheFanNJ writer of this blog) has been the hardist working, most active and strongest advocate for social change in Hudson County.

Read the Atricles and Transcripts on what happened at that meeting. Which includes the civil debate with a member of the assembly.

Changing Jersey City

Recalling Mayor Jerramiah Healy turned out to be a serious challenge. And the Documentary will soon be released. The points expressed by this team of people is to show there was public disapproval of Mayor Jerramiah Healy's policies. The fight to bring alternative energy to New Jersey, and to Jersey City has been one of the hardest challenges in my short political career. Since the Mayor controls everything in Jersey City, New Jersey: we are showing the public the truth. All I have is a voice and a vibe to fight and change politics, because Jersey City needs new leadership.

The SBIR program (Small Business Innovation Research) was more about creating and bring alternative energy solutions to Jersey City. And that plan was stolen by the Mayor to front case him in the political spotlight as gooding good for the people. This 6 minute short clip will be in the Documentary called: Recalling Mayor Jerramaih Healy. The documentary is low budget and behind schedule.

As an advocate fighting for social change, lobbying for this change to come about -- brought real change to Jersey City. For the first time in 6 years Jersey City is moving in the right direction, where building are being built, and projects are being formed -- even though the ideas are being stolen.

Public Complaint Notice

As a registered federal contractor (Coaches! 101 [PAC]), and a registered federal lobbyist (Omar Dyer), is making a complaint on the Jersey City Redevelopment Agency. The act on the public meeting, and proposal of solutions and other contested resolutions at the meeting came under no public discussion, and our rights to query the board about the policies being addressed where denied. The meeting was immediately adjourned when our representative entered the room—where the meeting started at 6pm, and ended 10 minutes after Omar Dyer’s arrival.

Online blog statement

I, (TheFanNJ: Omar Dyer) was at the Jersey City Redevelopment meeting (May 17, 2011 at 6pm start ended 6:25pm) in a conference room on the 14th floor at 30 Montgomery Jersey City NJ, the practices of Solomon Dwek still exist. And Mike Scotolono should publicly come out clean and state what did Solomon Dwek state to him—how did Dwek get so close to leaders in Jersey City. And looking how the JCRA works, the practices of Solomon Dwek still continues. The people should know how much money was donated to Mike’s campaign for this project: RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING FIRST AMENDMENT TO CONTRACT NUMBER 11-03-FO1 WITH DENNIS T. QUISH FOR EXTERIOR PROPERTY IMPROVEMENTS ON AGENCY OWNED PROPERTY LOCATED AT 292 MARTIN LUTHER KING DRIVE (BLOCK 1987, LOT 4.A) IN THE MARTIN LUTHER KING DRIVE REDEVELOPMENT AREA.
The public and public witnesses would like to know the full disclosure of deals like:

http://omardyer4office.blogspot.com/2011/05/probe-jcra.html

The public witness, and private/ public advocator would like to know—who on the Jersey City Redevelopment Agency is employed by this accounting and consulting firm, which continues to win no-bid contracts. And why wasn’t the public allowed to query the proposal, and place an in motion bid according to the sunshine law – on public meetings.

Coaches! 101 have been working hard sending requisition proposals about property of interest to this council in Jersey City and all boards. As some of the properties that are being proposed on Martin Luther King Drive in Jersey City, NJ; we at our apparent company take issue with! Since the process wasn’t fair—the public really wasn’t notified of the meeting, and we have been working hard to seek financial advise and assistance for these properties.

And the notification of the meeting did come in the Jersey Journal newspaper, yet not in the legal section, but in a small non-disclosed section in classifieds that shows public notice. That notice was posted on May 12, 2011.

We sent Omar Dyer to that meeting because of his increasingly interest in getting incentivizes for projects that are abandoned in the same area – that was proposed. Now Omar Dyer’s claim is, after submitting these ideas to the council via email, and other sorts of communication. The Redevelopment Agency, and members of the board which includes Viola Richardson, and Mike Scotolono – stole an idea, gave the plan to a favorable donor or consultant approved by the JCRA board—closed the meeting before anyone from the public can raise questions, from the start of the proceedings.

Omar Dyer still believes that the practices of Solomon Dwek still exist in Jersey City – whereas his complaint is that there should be an open process. A fair an honest public discussion at these meetings where they address—public issues. Not some open—but closed meeting where the full disclosures are not granted to the public. Omar Dyer has been stating in public view about those who use the practices of Solomon Dwek to carryout business as usual should resign.

http://jerseycity.com/pages/full_story/push?article-City+Council+Introduces+%E2%80%98Pay-to-Play%E2%80%99+Ordinance%20&id=3235530

Only in the City of Jersey City that public boards, meet in secret undisclosed locations – where they are hard to find when they are disclosed, and the meeting is empty with no public input. And the projects go unchallenged – and this counsel knowing the situation and challenges – we at Coaches! 101 with Omar Dyer wants and would like to know why proposal and ideas submitted to the city assembly, and Redevelopment Agency via email, gets stolen – used to benefit the leaders on the board. In unfair practices, and unfair resolutions, or blatantly ignorance and negligence on our client – and this company as an employer.
Even though our calls and concerns will be ignored and non-monitored – we are asking the City Clerk’s office and the Office of the City Council – with conjunction to the Office of the Mayor – to request that a federal probe be enacted on the Jersey City Redevelopment Agency. We are asking that this probe be introduced by the council, and notification of such a probe should be enacted by the council within 10 days of this notice, or last JCRA meeting (5/17/2011) – and within legal bounds according to the citizens legislation amendment—we can draft a referendum and gain the required independent signatures by nomination of the people, (100) and submit it to the Jersey City’s council. And under federal law – we have to disclose any form or application that will require a referendum on boards and commissions before the actual work takes place. So this is our letter of query and notice of complaint with our petition to query and investigation on the JCRA. On the Petition which will circulate after noticication sent to the City Clerk’s Office will have demands on how the Redevelopment Agency holds their meetings.

Thank You

Probe the JCRA

The Federal Government should probe the Jersey City Redevelopment Center. As new studies show, the practices of Solomon Dwek still continues. Attorney General Eric Holder has been terrible at investigating abuse of boards and commission on levying campaign contributions.

Solomon Dwek’s practices still continue!

P.S.
TheFanNJ is calling Jersey City Councilman Mike Scotolono a full pledge lair about his meeting with Solomon Dwek, and TheFanNJ believes he is public official #4 in the Solomon Dwek complaint and case.

Cyber Wars in Jersey City

When you are engaging with the general public -- elected or appointed leaders, there is a level of political respect one must entertain. Mayor Jerramiah Healy of Jersey City is great at doing one thing. Pointing the finger at someone else, and calling everyone that opose his views -- insane and needs mental help. Jersey City under this Mayor has been managed terribly. And this is just a taste of what Healy has done. And in a cyber war -- we will not reveal the conversaation that was displayed by the government leader, but we will display Omar Dyer's comments.

34739. Realy Tard! stacominvnj: by dyer4gov09, 05/08/11 8:53 PM

Look, let us not get into the specialties of how someone can strip the emended code from the server and encrypt the internet service provider to find out what address is directly involved with sending the lettered statement. And it's not hard to see writing similarities in those that write public statements. Which is coded as your cyber script print--when you post on public servers? It's also not very hard to see that when someone from a municipal computer—the address will automatically appear in titles and subscripts. And it doesn't take rocket science to know who is against your views or who is not.

Also, Jersey City Councilman Steve Fulop (whom) likes to play both sides, really gets beat up without outside help (ME), and I don't help Fulop because I want to or have to--I do it because he gets beat up so badly. So personally, I wouldn't care if he chuckles, bounce or even play the side of whatever at these meetings. For one many of his policies have been scripted by the same person you are saying needs mental help. One his policies to help homeowners and with tax relief is an amendment that came from this mental midget's pen. And as a matter of fact—many of the serious legislations that came to the council that benefited Jersey City in 2010 came from the pen of Omar Dyer. The laws and regulations on Solar Panels, who wrote that – it sure wasn't Mayor Healy or Peter Brennan! And the mandate that saved cops jobs didn't come from the hands and minds of Police Chief Comey. And the next proposal that Omar Dyer will show will have more value than any mandate given this year. So I am not sure who you are trying to offend here on what someone needs to learn, or even if you know anything outside of this forum—or what you see as having a legislative agenda.

So let us be serious here, and stop the craziness of trying to insult someone because one they are not connected, or elected -- doesn't mean such a person isn't doing good in the municipality. And in fact, many of the mandates that Jersey City takes advantage of that Omar Dyer has written has been passed in other cities across the nation and a lot of them are benefiting from them -- while Jersey City suffers. And if you continue to follow the mis-manage meant and stupidity of Jersey City's Mayor in Jerramiah Healy -- then you are as stupid as the people in charge of running Jersey City into the tubes of death. And that's not a knock down--its the truth. Just look at the parks and services that Mayor Healy controls. And look at them 10 years ago before Healy got in office. The City is in a crisis and the Mayor is too dumb to understand.

Again, you’re acting like a fussbudget midget on this issue of who is insane in the brain. One take a real good look at the letters and recommendations sent to the office of Mayor Jerramiah Healy – via City Clerk’s office. You would see a ton of written communications coming from Coaches! 101 to Mayor Jerramiah Healy from May of 2009 until this very important day! And in many of those written legislations that have become public ordinances or laws in other states and municipalities--where they haven’t been passed in Jersey City, as of yet. The ones that have been passed in the city have seen the content and text changed – to place the gotcha referendum. Yet, again we already know Mayor Healy is doing such a great job at covering BULLSYT. If Mayor Healy was doing such a great job – the city that is spending $576 million which was hidden and stripped to $477 million over night by John “Jack” Kelly has seen its museums, parks, public system nearly fall apart. For the first time in 80 years, Jersey City didn’t have a celebration for the 4th of July—while the Statue of Liberty Harbors Jersey City’s jurisdiction. And Jersey City’s oldest museum one of the oldest in the state is facing foreclosure. And under his administration Mayor Healy has raised the level of Home Foreclosures to an amount that it’s number #1 in Hudson County, and has made Hudson County #1 in that state and 19th in the nation. Are you freak ‘in kidding me on what is perceived as insanity or not intelligent enough to know that the bunch of leaders in Jersey City that manage the council are fiscal literate. And they say I am pestering them – one if they knew what they were doing when they do it – OMAR DYER WOULDN’T BE SHOWING UP TO THEIR MEETINGS PERIOD. So Jersey City should be lucky and privileged to have Omar Dyer in their presence.

Note from TheFanNJ:

Jersey City maybe losing their public services, and other municipal functions and many of this were done under Mayor Jerramiah Healy. And none of these policies that are in place that are hurting Jersey City New Jersey have come from Omar Dyer. Whether he is a notary republic, and have set up a firm from scratch -- achieved a masters in legal studies, a bachelors in technical communications, an associates in child studies, and an associates in children's literature -- from non-traditional educational sources (such as online schooling) doesn't mean such a well rounded person doesn't have the mental capability to hold fiscal monitoring of the municipality.

Mayor of Jersey City Stalks Public Leader

It has been said before that many times an elected leader would indeed stalk, mock or bit little their opposition. Public Advocate Omar Dyer called for a straight out Rally / Protest of Firing John "Jack" Kelly. And Omar Dyer posted his information on a political news site that the Mayor of Jersey City does view, and has an engaging conversation with his administration plus, staff. The email below was confirmed and noted to be in fact Mayor Jerramiah Healy.

Note from Public Advocate Omar Dyer:

When you're addressing the public, and anyone that disagrees with the views on how you as a leader would do business? The more respected view and approach would be to respect the opposition. And respect the business doing business in the City in which you represent. Jersey City's Mayor is a laughing stock of a Mayor—his creditability to run the city has gone down in the last elections. And the leadership coming out of this administration only show how weak it is. One you don't send lettered statements with a cyber imprint on it. Then place in the chatter the remote address. The 07302 zip-code, is a *City Hall* jurisdiction. The writing style and content from other releases from the Mayor, proves that this letter was written with his cyber pen. Yet, what the mayor failed to noticed or recognize is, just be you're under the bed of protection with the municipality—your cyber imprint doesn't protect you from observation.

Answering Mayor Jerramiah Healy's incognito question:

Public Advocate Omar Dyer isn't as pathetic as one may think. One his popularity is or has more clot than what Mayor Healy. His Rallies and Petition Drives give him more of a political presence and as one of the organizers of an Organization that is included to keep the presidential appearance and presence. When you have leaders at the local level, not fighting the insides of how local politics are engaged. Yet, in an arena where local politics can sometimes impact the views on how and who the president supports. It local organizers that gives, the leadership of the president more information on what is concerning the people. And if the people are mad at their leadership on the local level, then the president must or should send his political imprint on the area. To make sure that the people are not cluttered by the politics of the day!

And the reason why I am calling for a rally and protest on Mayor Jerramiah Healy to prevent a municipality from engaging in a massive layoff on public employees; and to show a presence or political clot on that a presidential organization isn’t forgetting the locals. And as a Public Advocate, who has a job to fight for the rights of the local municipality—calling for this rally to support jobs being saved, is what organizers DO! And Public Advocate Omar Dyer isn’t just going to call for someone to be removed without a plan to recourse. On this Wednesday May 11, 2011—Omar Dyer will unleash his program called: H.A.N.D.S.

And this informal Letter, in which we know Mayor Jerramiah Healy, will read. We hope that his character, leadership and values as a Jersey City citizen—respect the rules and regulations on engaging public officials. Whether that official is elected to office, appointed to certain positions within government or as an independent source! That when you address them, whether you agree with them or not—you fully disclose your identity as stated with the rules and regulations from the FEC, and the ELEC. When you’re sending out email lettering or advertisements against or for public officials? And Omar Dyer is always a candidate for office, so please sort your name and information when responding or addressing Omar Dyer; Mr. Mayor Jerramiah Healy.

Did Bill Gaughan Met with Solomon Dwek?

This is new images that we have found where it shows Solomon Dwek attending a public event with Guy Catrillo, who introduced Solomon Dwek to other members of Thomas Degise's administration. This picture was taken at Casino in the Park in 2009. Now we aren't attacking Tom Degise on his refusal to answer questions to the public about Solomon Dwek--but we are questioning his leadership. Please note, many of these members are campaign staffers for Bill Gaughan.

Who didn't take from DWEK

In Hudson County New Jersey, the level of corruption and how it has a big influence on elections, plus the patterns that may face any challenger. Tom Degise, is one of the leaders of the biggest party in New Jersey. And in that corruption sting that brought lots of negative exposure; to how Hudson County was looked at in the world and how the problem with Solomon Dwek became national headlines, across the globe. As per se to the level of men and women employed by Hudson County in New Jersey—leaves everyone in limbo on what actually happened who knew, and why hasn’t Hudson County Executive Thomas Degise made any statements to why he allowed Solomon Dwek on having so much influence with employees of his administration.

TheFanNJ one of those that protested the probe of people and leaders within the administration that allowed such things to happen – whereas in this investigation from lots of independent sources: TheFanNJ is asking, if you were a leader of an administration; plus 145 members of your administration was mentioned. With 50 people talked to, and having 23 of them indicted on charges of money laundering and non reporting of bribes in that administration—where you as a leader doesn’t say one word. These types of actions has to draw some type of response from the leader of the Administration.

Tom Degise, during this probe in 2009 – didn’t say one word, he went into a closet and ducked under the covers, plus played possum with the media. Yes, that’s right; TheFanNJ is calling Tom Degise a coward for not saying anything, stepping up to lead in a time of confusion, to where the people were now demanding action. The People wanted Council representative Mariano Vega to resign: Tom Degise, did nothing—the leaders wanted Mayor Jerramiah Healy to resign; Tom Degise did nothing. And the people wanted any leader to say something, about how Solomon Dwek was able to penetrate a level of corruption the county and nation has ever seen. Yet, the guy in control of it all did nothing, and watched – closed his doors, and became a coward. When you needed a voice in Hudson County, the only voice to stand up for the people was: Omar Dyer, and the Next Generation of Leaders Movement.

Omar Dyer the public advocate came in to help John Lynch and Esther Winter’s Recall of Team Healy. With Political Pressure, and political clot – he forced and pulled Mariano Vega out of the position he held for 25 years.Omar Dyer, who we are talking about, saved the Department of Public Works from the prosecution of Mayor Healy’s lies. It was Omar Dyer that went door to door, getting people to sign a petition; all by himself, to get funding for programs in Montgomery Projects. And Now Senator Menendez, has granted $250,000 from the Department of Housing and Urban Development, for Montgomery projects in Jersey City, New Jersey. It was Omar Dyer that canvassed the streets with the police, in order to help them bridge the gap with local disenfranchised residents, and rallied with them – when they had their labor disputes with the Mayor. And it was Omar Dyer, that came to the defense of those discriminated in Bayonne New Jersey. And he cried –wrote letters, investigated, and became a part of the discrimination in Bayonne New Jersey, not an outsider complaining.

Change needs to come to Hudson County, and during this recession we have learned one thing about our leaders in Hudson County. Many of them are out for themselves, their friends, family, and the system of nepotism. They have lost touch with the people, and believe that if they pay you, or threaten your job – they can secure your vote. While the life and quality of where we live drops, and you can’t change the mind of someone who has been doing things one way for more than ten to twenty years. The only way to change them is at the ballot box.

So we need to learn and know this, we can’t allow the policies of hide – run, and steer clear of yesterday lead us into the future. Tom Degise is a coward of a leader, and his only goal – is to beat Senator Sandra Cunningham, because she blocked his appointment to become a board member on the transit authority—which would have made him a millionaire off the public dime—with three or four public stipend jobs.

Corruption Bust!

What did you think that the Dwek case was over with Mayor Jerramiah Healy? This problem in Hudson County is too big for one person to master -- there had to be other players in this case, their had to be other minds under this problem. County Executive Tom Degise has been too quiet during this process, and TheFanNJ is on it.

With all but uncertain news and reporting coming out of Hudson County, people are saying when will Tom Degise—step up to the plate. And release what he knew, how was he evolved and why didn’t he stop the madness – or address the madness that became Solomon Dwek. FBI Informant Solomon Dwek gave Mayor Jerramiah Healy $2.1 million in campaign contributions for a project on Garfield Ave in Jersey City NJ, and West Side section of Jersey City New Jersey and Kearny New Jersey.

TheFanNJ would like to know something – the City of Jersey City alone can’t push a project with this magnitude through without help. A city with the size of Jersey City can’t push a project through without either the state, county or municipal elected leaders priming the project through. Now we know from the tapes, the mentioning of names, the key players in this case were all double dipping county employees.

Let’s place our thinking caps on for this one – none has full control over Kearny’s projects without the help from County Government. Meaning Kearny can’t have a joint project with Jersey City without the help of the county, and Jersey City can have a process – this is where Tom Degise comes into play. County Executive Tom Degise hasn’t spoken a word on this – and since he has been one of the most outspoken officials in Hudson County, his camp and party has been strictly hush-hush on what they have done in helping Solomon Dwek. Now, Dwek was noted for giving -- $30 million to Hudson County officials – whether they were elected or not. From this day on the reports and convictions have shown $23 million was donated to campaigns for this project to be enforced. So you tell me where the other $7 million is, and how are the other 12 of the 45 named in the complaint since 35 people were named, convicted – or indicted on these complaints.

Mayor Healy v Omar Dyer 2011

The feud and war to make public advocates and businesses that wish to do business with in the city of Jersey City, NJ has gotten nasty to a point –where the Mayor of Jersey City is forging facts and lying on people to embarrass them. Recently, Mayor Jerramiah Healy released his announcement that he plans to sue Spectra and the Federal Regulatory Commission on the selling of and expansion of pipelines. He has noted that none of his intentions are to harm local business, but to destroy certain ones before they get started. His fight with Spectra comes on the backs, or is a political war waging on what our technical informational company does.

Mayor Healy is using the case with Spectra Energy INC, to embarrass and publicly in a matter to demonize plus embarrass our company in Coaches! 101, by bring financial hardships on the company. We filed a law suit on the state of New Jersey, and the City of Jersey City in regards to the contract with the Department of Energy, which will hirer scientist, to conduct energy studies, or create technology that leads to better alternative energy solutions.

On January 18, 2011 – Mayor Healy released a statement saying the City of Jersey City has gotten or used $2.3 million in funds from the Department of Energy to use in the Energy Block Grant, and those funds can be distributed through the Redevelopment Agency. Yet, we can pull up the same facts that the Mayor of Jersey City in Jerramiah Healy can pull up, and on the Department of Public Utilities – Jersey City is shown not to have applied in 2010 for the Block Grants and on the Department of Energy website, the data that Mayor Jerramiah Healy is revealing is a year old. So that means the Mayor used this data, to embarrass our program, and demonize our program because of the notion – the mayor has a personal vendetta on the owner of the company.

We have facts and proof that what is going on in Jersey City, isn’t really what’s happening in Jersey City. This feud is getting really bad, where it’s starting to push political alias on one side, and rivals on the other making this a political atmosphere that nobody likes. A political environment like what’s going on in Jersey City is bad for business, bad for consumers and bad for the perception of the town in general. Business leaders, have to side with the rules and regulations that the leadership of the township provides. And Coaches! 101 has done that, asked for meetings, attended public meetings—while asking them questions, and begging for answers. We even kept our feuds in a civil matter by joining political rallies, protest and other non-violent functions. Yet, the Municipality hasn’t come to the table and met or assigned a meeting with Coaches! 101 about how to help them engage the business matters of the city in question. The only thing we ask of the municipality of Jersey City is prove your case, don’t forge information to lie on good people, or companies.

These picture is from the Department fo Public Utilities, on the Energy Grants for 2010, the cities on this have applied for the grant.

This is a picture is from the City of Jersey City which was issued on (1/18/2011) after serval law suits and questions were raised about the Solar Energy program.

This is a picture of the funding chart from the Department of Energy, that shows Jersey City got $2.3 million in Energy funds in 2009, not 2011 or 2010.

Mayor Healy v Omar Dyer

The fight with Mayor Healy and Coaches! 101 has become an insane one. The mayor has come in the way of great deal making. Omar Dyer who has been working hard to seal deal, for his apparent business, has come across an administration built on working against business. Coaches! 101 has moved into the category of a Large small Business, and that's because of the connections and ablity to draw contracts with other places. While the battle in Jersey City is steaming up, where all the political leaders are running to the defense of Jersey City's Mayor in Jerramiah Healy, making it the reverse of David v Goliath, or it could be the key factor of David (Coaches! 101) v Goliath (Jersey City: Mayor Jerramiah Healy).

The Mayor of Jersey city (Jerramiah Healy) has convinced his elected leaders on how moronic or stupid Omar Dyer really is, and any education is not granted. Well, in the world of online transaction, and an online war with Omar Dyer and Jerramiah Healy -- here's a firm picture of Omar Dyer's grades in one of the hardest classes to study. Which is Advance Masters in legal Studies? Omar Dyer is being taught by the best of the best in knowing the law, and the hard working effort is paying off.

You look at these grades and make you own judgement on how smart or incredible stupid you think Omar Dyer really is!
