Dear: Mayor Jerramiah Healy,

To much is going-on in the city of Jersey City where these drastic events, and unproper living standards. The Florrence Street Apartment Complex also known as: Montgomery Projects is by far the worst kept complex in all of Hudson County. In my best opinion from touring the place five times in the last 3 years – the place has gotten worst. With complete floors empty and closed off to the general public, and the upper floors are a pathway statation for drug trafficking and usage. These complexes have become what they label on the street – a crack house, better terms a condemned complex. The halls are dirty, and haven’t been painted or redone in 10 years – apartments are completely empty and sealed off from the public. The floors haven’t been maintained in recent memory; where there are caters of human feces, drug contraband and parafina, harvesting the hall ways, starways, elevators and ect:

The sad and sudden part of this managled mess is there is also campaign literature in these places, meaning ELECTED, and I will repeat this elected officials have toured this complex – seen how badly kept the complex is, and has done nothing to improve the conditions.

This complex is a serious health issue to the general public, it’s a health issue to the perception of the city, and it will lead it infestations of rodents such as: mice, rat, king rats, vermints, possiums, voles, and muskrats. All of these rodents, can carry diseases that can filter into the human.

List of Diseases attracked to humans

Hantavirus Pulmonary Syndrom, (HPS): is a deadly disease transmitted by infected rodents through urine, droppings, or saliva. Humans can contract the disease when they breathe in aerosolized virus. HPS was first recognized in 1993 and has since been identified throughout the United States. Although rare, HPS is potentially deadly. Rodent control in and around the home remains the primary strategy for preventing hantavirus infection.

Murine Typhus: Murine typhus (caused by infection with R. typhi) occurs worldwide and is transmitted to humans by rat fleas. Flea-infested rats can be found throughout the year in humid tropical environments, but in temperate regions are most common during the warm summer months. Travelers who visit in rat-infested buildings and homes, especially in harbor or riverine environments, can be at risk for exposure to the agent of murine typhus.

Rat-bite fever (RBF): Rat-bite fever (RBF) is a systemic bacterial illness caused by Streptobacillus moniliformis that can be acquired through the bite or scratch of a rodent or the ingestion of food or water contaminated with rat feces.

Salmonella enterica serovar Typhimurium: As its name suggests, it causes a typhoid-like disease in mice. In humans S. Typhimurium does not cause as severe disease as S. Typhi, and is not normally fatal. The disease is characterized by diarrhea, abdominal cramps, vomiting and nausea, and generally lasts up to 7 days. Unfortunately, in immunocompromized people, that is the elderly, young, or people with depressed immune systems, Salmonella infections are often fatal if they are not treated with antibiotics.

Leptospirosis: Leptospirosis is a bacterial disease that affects humans and animals. It is caused by bacteria of the genus Leptospira. In humans it causes a wide range of symptoms, and some infected persons may have no symptoms at all. Symptoms of leptospirosis include high fever, severe headache, chills, muscle aches, and vomiting, and may include jaundice (yellow skin and eyes), red eyes, abdominal pain, diarrhea, or a rash. If the disease is not treated, the patient could develop kidney damage, meningitis (inflammation of the membrane around the brain and spinal cord), liver failure, and respiratory distress. In rare cases death occurs.


Eosinophilic Meningitis: Eosinophilic meningitis is an infection of the brain occurring in association with an increase in the number of eosinophils, white blood cells that are associated with infection with worms that penetrate into the body. The organism most commonly causing eosinophilic meningitis is a rat lung worm called angiostrongylus cantonensis.

All of these symtoms are a common closure of what many doctors say is: asthma and bronchitis, and it is important the the city of Jersey City investigate, plus control such heath hazards. Yet, that doesn’t undermind and under-value the real concern going on in low income areas. As a potential candidate touring the streets—canvassing the area for signatures to be placed on the ballot. I had to endure these terrible conditions, and notice that nothing is being done – the people are tired of living in this mess, and many of them don’t have jobs.

It would be beneficial to hire some of those living in these conditions to clean up or maitence the facility in which they live. It would also show a common interest to have the Housing Authority contract services for security to monitor these places – and that those whom are hired are from the city of Jersey City.

And in the Freemont Ave Complex, also known as: Booker T. Washington Complex – I had to endure a gun fight with individuals whom has no respect for the citizens living in the complex, or the children playing in the neighboring park. I then asked them about the respect of hood life in these complexes, and many of the citizens say – nobody cares about our problems, this part of the community isn’t in the best interest of Jersey City, no jobs, no support – nothing, but promises and campaign pledges.

And that isn’t the least of our problems in Jersey City many of the residents don’t respect the police because of the excessive force. And there are many cases of death by the hands of those hired to protect our way of life. People or the citizens of the city shouldn’t be afraid of the law enforcement department. It leads to an increase in violant crimes, which makes my claim even stronger. It’s been 620 days since Omar Dyer (Me) first contacted this administration about the levels of crime, and lack of mentoring programs or job placement programs in Jersey City.

It’s now time for your leadership to step aside, because the Healy Administration has made it worst to be a citizen in this city, a public official, an officer of the law, a law enforcement agent – or anyone appointed in commission by the federal or state government.

In my recommendation, if Florrence Street Apartment Complex, isn’t a fixable concern for Jersey City, then closed that place down – and if Jersey City’s mayor can’t provide protection to the people that live in or around the Freemont Ave Complex, then both the council representative, council president, and mayor’s administrative staff should be sanctioned. And as a public notary in commission appointed as a public / private advocate of Hudson County, with a legal practiced advocacy group: Coaches! 101 (PAC), and our local establishment of the Public Complaint Committee (Jersey City): we will send leters to the State Department of Health and Human Services, and Federal Department of Health and Human Services, and the Council on Local Mandates, to enforce the ruling of sanctions on a mayor of the township or city, for violating N.J.A.C. 13:54, N.J.S.A. 52:14B-5.1c, and Occupational Health and Safety Act 2000. Since this is a serious health hazards to the people and business that are contracted by the state, federal and municipality to do or live around these settings.

Mayor Healy Resign!

Mayor Jerramiah Healy has leashed his war on business in New Jersey's second largest city, forcing major budget cuts--lose of income, jobs and anything that doesn't pay into his political crime system.

TheFanNJ (Omar Dyer) has been opening up the eyes of those that believe the corrupt ways of this Mayor.

Tax Status Revoked 300 in Jersey City

Jersey City has the most non-profits in the state of New Jersey to have their Tax Exemption status Revoked. Among the list are Jersey City Affordable Housing, Jersey City Museum, Jersey City Economic Development Center -- and many other non-profits that have become a danger of losing their status within the IRS system. And the Mayor of Jersey City continues to say -- his administration is doing the best job for the city.

Jersey City Politics:

Local Politics never get this hot and grimy –this early on whereas very rarely does the opposition of the current administration—gains more credit than aspiring political achievers; whom happen to be backed by the administration of the Mayor.

At the round-table where a spawn of chest matches are tiding up – as it leaves the general public gasping for answers, and pundits marking their position to either be a pawn or foe; in a political civil war. Mayor Jerramiah Healy, is toxic meaning if the council dominated by Healy’s administration – whom have vowed their hips to the broken policies of the Mayor of Jersey City New Jersey.

This November, in Jersey City we have a special election to tag along with the general election. In an election season that was supposed to be the Super bowl of elections for New Jersey – turned out to be bust. Only five races in all of the Hudson County had a challenge, and the most heavily challenge with Sandra Bolden Cunningham—was a landslide and total bust. The other races failed to provide substance, and spunk to entice voter turnout. And with the discontent coming from Mayor Healy’s administration—more people are becoming more disenfranchised about any election that involved Mayor Jerramiah Healy. Popular consensus shows, 68% of those that vote on a regular basis doesn’t want – agree and hopes: Team Healy will leave, and take their policies with them.

The route to attack the local opposition in the newspaper leaves uncertainty in the political light of Mayor Jerramiah Healy. Recently a slew of letters and public challenges—leashed on to defame, or target Councilman Steven Fulop. In order to change the direction, shift the focus –while hiding the notion of what is the current problem in Jersey City. Which is money management? Jersey City is in need of a budget -- $557 million (up in the air budget); with a $477 million (on the record) budget; which has a $108 million budget gap. Then you have a Business Administrator closing everything down—with policies to create an impression of a smaller government. And with a $5 million to $6 million dollar tag for every layoff known to mankind—the obvious looms over this administration.

Mayor Jerramiah Healy is facing three things: the county and states highest home foreclosures at 45% above the state average of 7% on homes foreclosed on—given Jersey City as a pricey place to live. Jersey City has the most 30 year abatement—where every other city has given lower term 5 to 7 year abatements. Also haunting the Mayor is the jobs report – where Jersey City is #1 in the state of New Jersey with the most unemployed citizens, standing in at 11.6% -- which is 2% higher than the national average, meaning more than 13,000 new people are filing for unemployment benefits. And if you thought that was the dragon guarding the princess cabinet—you are gladly mistaken; Jersey City also has the largest population of Homeless citizens – topping New Jersey’s list. With over 6,000 citizens venturing the realms of homeless citizens in Jersey City, New Jersey. The question now being raised is: why won’t Mayor Jerramiah Healy resign. It’s not like his ideas are working, no they are remotely failing big time—and it’s because of cronyism and not political policies. Mayor Healy as been an anti-labor political leader; where he fired over 1,200 municipal workers of this 3 year span, and who knows on what has gone over his two terms.

Taxes in Jersey City

Mayor Healy and his Administration has been fighting hard to destroy and prevent the growth of Coaches! 101. Even though this internet company has been paying it's fair share in taxes, and has been on par with their code in the taxing system. Omar Dyer has paid his taxes on time -- right and has done more than his part to make the economic development stable.

Yet, Jersey City NJ has been mishandled for years: allowing $94,626 in unpaid taxes for 6 years to Block 1316 : lot 0000A.7: to Mandina Investment on 193 M.L.K. Drive in Jersey City New Jersey.

Other properties are like: Block 1607; Lot: 22 Owned by 94 Broadway INC owes $21,720 for the property on 115 Whales St. Jersey City NJ.

With Block: 1492: Lot 5 owened by PGSD LLC C/O Foley Connell LLP owes $48,590 for the property on Central RR ETC.

Like Block: 2031: Lot: 000PL.A owened by 200 Pacific 18, Fortune Financial owes $20,379 for the property on 184-200 Pacific Ave. Jersey City NJ.

Whereas, Block 75: Lot: 00154 qualifier: #C4105 owned by Sandeep Tyagi for property on 84 Morgan St Jersey City NJ is behind on what's owed to the city in the amount of $22,661.

With all of the battles and trail and errors, whereas Jersey City's Economical Development Center has been sending the run around on Coaches! 101, and the personal battle between Omar Dyer and Rosemary McFadden, plus the cyber wars with Mayor Jerramaih Healy himself, and how Governor Chris Christie has said: "New Jersey will not pay." And Mayor Healy, has been secretly forcing bribes that violate campaign finance laws.

Omar Dyer CEO of Coaches! 101 would like to know: How can someone pay on time -- does it right, whereas the IRS always has an audit subjected on him because of the notion, Omar Dyer is politically active? How come these people who don't live by the same standards don't have to pay, while they continue to give campaign contributions? Mayor Healy and Governor Chris Christie -- get your hands out my pockets.

Mayor Healy and budget

This blog serves the people of Jersey City, Hudson County and New Jersey. This is a free blog the information provided isn't subjected to the open public act--since this blog isn't paid for by the City of Jersey City, or State of New Jersey. Mayor Healy's administration makes on the public dime $3 million dollars -- pursant to State law P.L.1991, c.258.

Mayor Healy reported that his office, and city council makes in over $3 million dollars. We already know that Kevin Lyons (assistant chief of staff to Mayor Healy) make $75,000 to run local elections -- where we know Deputy Mayor Rosemary McFadden is making $2 dollars to be Cheif of Staff--but what is not reported is her salary as Deputy Mayor and Director of the Jersey City Economic Development Center. We already know that Mayor Healy is getting $119,000 in salary for mayoral duties -- but what we don't know is the salaries for the other commission he sponsors. We know that the Healy Foundation brings in $2 million, as a foundation--where celebs have been complaining that this Mayor in Jersey City is forcing them to donate to the foundation. Don't believe TheFanNJ ask the Buddy who sells cakes in Hoboken. Ask Tiger Woods on why he will never return to Jersey City New Jersey. TheFanNJ is calling Jersey City's Mayor Jerramiah Healy a crook. And there's no mole in Healy's administration -- yet corruption can't be hidden.

Healy failed to support our troops

This Memorial Day weekend, Jersey City's Mayor in Jerramiah Healy -- has failed to release any statements on the men and women that fight our wars. Which includes over 2,000 citizens from Jersey City, NJ who are in the military, and the thousands that are veterans? And on Monday May 30 2011 -- the mayor is on vaction in South New Jersey; while crime and other problems happen in the city. Mayor Healy or anyone from his administration has failed to honor those of our men and women that give their lives in order to keep us safe.

Public Advocate Omar Dyer has released his statement after the death of Anthony Adams -- a U.S. Marine that was cought in a carjacking. Yet, nothing has come from Mayor Jerramiah Healy; council representative Viola Richardson, council representative Mike Scotolono, and anyone from Healy's administration. The death of this young Marine during Fleet Week -- raised a lot of questions on why this Mayor is running this city into the ground--plus why his youth crime policies don't work. And his policies on African American crimes go un-warrented. And that will be the base that he will use to get re-elected.

Today after learning from Social Media sites like Facebook – and the neighborhood newspapers blog. I am saddened and hardened by the reports coming out with Memorial Weekend just starting. In New Jersey especially in Jersey City New Jersey – our levels of crime has risen to an unthinkable amount. And it’s the leadership of the Mayor that has turned us astray—the leadership of our elected leaders has left our calling for service in Jersey City NJ unanswered. And on this Saturday, May 28, 2011 night – I found out that T / Cpl. Anthony Adams 23 out of Jersey City NJ was shot and killed in a carjacking while home visiting his family – whereas the man who was charged in the carjacking death of a U.S. Marine in Jersey City early Thursday morning turned himself in to the Hudson County Prosecutor's Homicide Squad today shortly after 1 p.m., according to Hudson County Prosecutor Edward DeFazio.

Earl Austin, 20, of Bartholdi Avenue, was escorted by his lawyer and surrendered to authorities, who had been searching the city to arrest him, DeFazio said.
Austin is charged with shooting 23-year-old during an attempted robbery and carjacking on Bidwell Avenue, near Martin Luther King Drive, early Thursday, officials said.

Adams, who was still seated in his 2002 Ford Explorer when the bullet entered his chest, was pronounced dead at 1:15 a.m. at Jersey City Medical Center, officials said.

Austin is currently being processed by the Jersey City Police Department and will head to Hudson County Correctional Center in Kearny later today, DeFazio said.
His surrender ends a city-wide manhunt that involved local police and the U.S. Marshals’ Fugitive Taskforce, DeFazio said.

Austin is expected to make his first court appearance Tuesday at 1 p.m. in Jersey City.

A Yale Avenue resident, Adams -- also known as "Deejay Streets" -- grew up on Union Street in Jersey City and attended Golden Door Academy, moving on to University Academy Charter School before joining the Marines, friends told the Jersey Journal on Thursday.

He rose to the rank of corporal and served in Iraq from 2007 to 2008, they said.

He and his girlfriend, friends added, were expecting a baby.

I have been fighting Mayor Jerramiah Healy on his anti-gang problem since 2009, when a young man from Lincoln High School was killed after walking off the bus. Calling on leaders to stand up and face the music—the policies of the past doesn’t and ignoring the notion of bringing a community together in these hard press times of need is what makes leaders lead. It’s not balancing a budget, of raising the most money for the next election—better yet laying an impression that you serve the people. By standing up or coming up with 30 day budget fixes—in order to look great at the next municipal meeting. Leaders lead the people in a time of crisis. And I am writing this letter on this day Saturday May 28, 2011—on Memorial Day weekend. Jersey City wants their leaders to stand up, and unite to speak out in support of this young man and other men plus women that serve this nation.

Serving the flag in which we pledge our allegiance to – is an honor bestowed on the men and women risking their lives to keep us safe. And crimes that have happened in Jersey City, when all the warnings history of these acts have been noted—should have a unified approach from our elected leaders. And in the 31rst District, 33 District, and 32nd District – we have a problem with the leadership. State Senator Brain Stack although has been a good Mayor, has been a horrible representative in Jersey City. Along with Nick Sacco; who are both the highest paid elected officials in New Jersey, making far more in salary than the Governor. Yet, this isn’t a political moment—the moment is about lack of leadership to deal with the high rising numbers of citizens getting shot on the streets in Hudson County. Out of the ten large cities in New Jersey – Jersey City is #3 in crimes that involve a gun – Newark and Camden is #1 and #2 respectively, while Union City, and North Bergen round out the top ten. That means Hudson County is the worst place to raise a family. Between the carjacking, the shootings, and the lack of employment. Hudson County is the heaviest crime ridden place in New Jersey. And we have to place all blame on the people in the legislature that we elected to represent us. And since Hudson County only has 4 members –where 3 fully represent Hudson County, and the 4th is a part-timer from another county; we have bad leadership in the State legislator. State Senators Brain Stack, Nick Saaco, and Sandra Cunningham are all to blame for the lack of jobs, public security and safety which created this 2 year or more rage on crimes that involve guns.

My heart goes out the Adams Family, since this must be one of the hardest things to take in. And this isn’t the time where the guy was caught under friendly fire—this solider was coming home to visit his family, and take care of his wife who is expecting.
